Bondi Steak House

We had an amazing night at Bondi Steak House. The atmosphere was great and there is a large dining area out the back which is good for groups. The staff are very friendly and attentive and our food was delicious. I highly recommend the tuna burger which is an unusual menu item, but extremely tasty. There is a good selection of meals [not just steaks] and good desserts too.

Went to this place last week with my boyfriend and after a week of trying different foods, it's still been our favourite! Amazing value for money and excellently cooked to perfection. It was incredibly refreshing to go to a restaurant and see that the staff are so passionate for the food they cook. Wonderful experience, already have and will continue to recommend.

I have this habit of paying of a lot of attention to local stores that pop up. This was the case with Bondi Steakhouse, often in the bus i'd see it was open and think, "Next time I should try that place...". So I ventured forth! Steak being eponymous to Steak House I opted to try their steak; rare to medium rare - sirloin with roast vegetables. Sirloin came out as expected with a distinctive grilled texture; and was accompanied by carrots, potato's and sliced eggplant. (Maybe more baked than roasted- was still yummy.) A point of interest, their menu has seen some changes in particular to price and some options - e.g. the order mentioned it came with an egg, that is changing... however I was still honoured with a nicely fried egg which I appreciate! All in all, there is potential, price point could be considered, but Bondi is a difficult place when it comes to cost of food; there are other dishes on the menu that would undoubtedly go well in groups, but alas I was alone. There is always next time.
