LPSR Lucas Power Steering Racks

Recently upgraded my E36 track car with the LPSR racing uni-joint and black tag rack and the difference was incredible, truly like day and night! It feels more direct, quicker and responsive… couldn’t be more happy with the results! 👏🏻

Fitted a Black Series 2.5 turn rack to my E46 - what a difference! Brilliant on the windy roads, still great for normal driving. I went from a Purple tag rack to the black tag and its well worth the upgrade.
Lucas was quick to respond to an issue I had with a Banjo bolt, sending a replacement part out as soon as I contacted him. Highly reccommend them both for the product and service.

I ordered a steering rack for my R34 from Lukasz, shipping to Germany was lightning fast, the unit arrived safely packed and in incredibly like-new condition. I assume they did not look better when they came newly from Nissan!!! I do not have photos or videos from the installation unfortunately, because I had this done by my repair shop, but you can rest assured that it was of course fitting perfectly. And last but not least, I was finally surprised how good the car's steering felt after the replacement. I can absolutely recommend LPSR and would have Lukasz even repair my faulty unit, if shipping from Germany to Australia and back would not be far too expensive. Best wishes from Germany, Jannis

Had my Nissan Silvia power steering rack rebuilt by Lukasz. After initial disassemble he sent through photos and followed up with a call to go over what he'd found. With the all clear to rebuild, a few days later it was ready for pickup - even hooked us up with a couple of o-rings I'd need for the lines. All round good human being and great service and work. Thanks Lukasz.

Bought the E30 steering shaft universal to connect into my purple tag steering rack. Fitted easily, and the splined shaft lets the length expand or reduce to fit your setup. The part is more robust and better engineered than the original BMW part. I was a a BMW certified technician 25 years ago and have worked on a lot of E30s. This is an awesome product.

Lucas rebuilt my BMW E46 steering pump. His work below speaks for itself and can only be described as artwork. He was great to deal with and very helpful. I was based in Melbourne and had no issues using couriers to get the pump there and back. Great work all around - thanks Lucas!

The electric steering rack in my 2011 Ford Focus failed and after hours of research found out this was common problem. Not wanting to spend a fortune on a new steering rack research lead me to LPSR who was able to provide a reconditioned rack at a very reasonable price. My steering rack was shipped to QLD and arrived safely packaged and without any damage, after installation the rack has worked perfectly. Have had an LPSR rack for over a year now in my E30, upgrading to the purple tag rack made a world of difference to the handling, I see why he came highly recommended by the specialists.

Lucas is also an absolute top bloke who really cares about his product and customers, he is the go to person for everything PSR - have recommended him to anyone with a PSR need.

I have never had such a positive experience dealing with car parts before. Firstly I was guided on the correct products I needed as I didn't have all the knowledge, I was then guided through some installation challenges I had, everything was packed meticulously to avoid any damage in shipping, then I was supported with some after install queries to optimise my install. a 10/10 experience and my car is now driving 10 x better, amazing.

I purchased a black label 2.5 lock to lock steering rack from lucas, and had it installed at RAMP Auto Group in Balcatta into my 1988 E30 BMW Convertible.
Its been a massive upgrade and the steering is now as responsive as a car of today's age.
I'd highly recommend this upgrade to any E30 owner who wants to have a great cruiser that responds well.

I had a refurbished purple tag rack and the solid steering column put in my E46 drift car to freshen up the steering and it handled better than ever. I then learnt about a black tag quick rack that lucas was making, 2.5 turns lock to lock!!

At first I was worried it would be too quick but after testing it out in the d1wa state championship It feels great and is holding up to the harsh conditions of competition.

Honda Concerto required an overhaul. Could not get seals on the web. Contacted Lucas and was supplied with seals. Took us 6 hours to put together. Require information on one of the seal and Lucas came to our rescue. Would definitely use him again if we had problems with the rack.

Car drives better than it ever has

I've been putting off the job of replacing my steering components in the e30 for a few years now, and recently came across the opportunity to do so with Lucas' products.

Through pre-sale I purchased a brand new 2.5 turn (lock-to-lock) power steering rack.
I also purchased uni joint, inner + outer tie rods, power steering lines and a new power steering pump.

The install was very painless, and I was back on the road within a day.
My car previously had a E46 Silver Tag 3.2 turn rack, and the changeover has been dramatic. The rack is incredibly nimble, precise and most importantly not twitchy. Especially at high speeds, the steering is very predictable and easy to control.
On top of all that, I no longer have any play in my steering thanks to the uni joint.

I'd also like to extend a big thanks to Lucas himself for giving me the opportunity to access this steering rack via pre-sale and sharing his knowledge with me. He's clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about what he does has delivered a super high quality set of products.

If I had more E30's I'd set them all up with Lucas' gear.

Lucas went out of their way to rebuild an Accord Euro power steering rack for me and I couldn't be happier with it. I was offered great advice and their customer service is exceptional.

I ordered a set of steering rack for my Nissan Skyline GTR33 (BCNR33) from Lucas. He has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The built quality of the rack is subperb upon arrival and the price is very reasonable too. It fits perfectly to JDM classic without issue and the steering feel is solid and nimble. As Nissan has already stopped the production of OEM rack, I am so grateful to find the resource from Lucas. I am now helping my friends to order the R32 and R35 racks.

I needed advice and support on upgtading my E46 M3 steeeing.
One converstaion with Lucas and i took delivery of an OEM 2.5 turn rack. Delivery was on time as advised. Packaging was excellent. Instructions were clear and support available with just a phone call. Result is a beast on touring roads and the track. Dont waste your time and get it done. Done right. Awesome 💪💪🎉
