Bat Cave

Great customer service, awesome selection. Ordered a bat from NSW and Australia Post actually lost it. Justin was awesome helping me chasing it down, getting it found and to me. Thanks Justin for going the step above.

This place is awesome! My partner and I went for a few hits, the place was tidy, well stocked and well organized. The owner and other staff were super friendly, gave us the right advice and were very helpful. Can't wait to come back and whack a few more balls ⚾

First time visiting. Staff were great, stock was plentiful.. just didn't have the bat in stock... easy instruction to find on website... great to hear all the batting noise upstairs...

Went with friends having never hit a baseball before.

Very friendly and welcoming vibe, great fun and well priced. Highly recommended as a quicker alternative catch up to something like a golf game. 5 different batting areas that are like smaller indoor cricket nets to suit beginner to expert level.
Really enjoyable.

Awesome shop if you are after baseball/softball/teeball equipment. Well priced pitching machines aswell which are automated, so you can go by yourself and practice your batting. I love it here!

This place is something else.

I've been to baseball stores before, and it's always them (the serious baseballers) and the rest of us plebes.

Not here - i don't remember the last time i was made to feel so welcome in any sort of store.

The owner (i assume?) was so friendly - no question was too simple or stupid, nothing too much trouble.

And he was so nice to my kids.

They have a great range of gear, as well as plenty of the small stuff (my kids all got a pouch of "big league chew") and some awesome batting cages (which were packed, so we're coming back another day, during school hours), not to mention plenty of knowledge and advice that they're more than willing to share.

Loved this place, will be back soon (which is saying something, considering i live an hour away).

The owners are awesome and clearly care about the service they provide. There's a big range and if you want anything in particular they will try and get it for you. It's worth the drive, grab some gear and have a hit!

Way cheaper than the other base ball shops... like almost 1/2 price cheaper. Plus the staff are very friendly
