Incredible Service and Professionalism! I am so impressed with Sydney Collision Repairs Services and highly recommend them as the most professional and seamless service I've EVER experienced. After my car was hit, Sydney Collision Repairs fixed it with zero stress. On day 1 my interaction with Ibrahim and the team was incredible - they picked up my car from my house, offered me a loan car (I didn't need it but appreciated the option), and returned my car completely brand new in 4 days and in sparkling condition (They even cleaned and detailed the car afterwards). I was upset at the time due to the fact my car was damaged due to a hit and run, but after dealing with Sam it quickly turned my day around. Best in the business! Recently, an incident occurred causing damage to my brand new car. I contacted Sydney Collision Repairs explaining the situation and it was as easy as that. My car was booked in and repaired within 5 days. The damaged part was replaced with a new, genuine part and the car looks brand new. They’d also provided a rental car for me during the time of repair. On another note, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Ibrahim and the family were excellent to deal with from the day my car got dropped off. They took care of everything including getting me an upgraded car to drive whilst mine was in the workshop. Highly recommended!
