What an awesome way to end this year by rewarDing myself finally with beauty products that I deserve after working hard the whole year. I’ve been eyeing the placenta pills for a long time and finally I got them. They are of great quality I can feel it is really working on my skin and general health. I feel lot more younger and my skin looks fabulous giving me a healthy glow! I’m 3 years postpartum and placenta pills are great to recover from all the minerals and vitamins you’ve lost during pregnancy. Must have for every mommas. They have sent my order twice I was worried that they will charge again but upon talking to Elden she told me everything is okay and that I may keep the extra ones for free! Wow thank you so much. The other products I will give a review on the website. But the Lanocreme is especially excellent for Canadian winter weather. This cream is by far the best moisturizer I have had. I will be a forever customer and the customer service is the best exceeded my expectations. I will 1000% recommend.

I ordered a few things from Natonic for my family a week ago Thursday night that required urgent delivery due to my coming overseas trip. I had an online chat with the sales representative, who happened to be the owner. He promised me an express delivery, and to my surprise, it was delivered the next day, on Saturday. Long story short, I found out there were a couple of items missing, and then I quickly jumped online again to find out what happened to the delivery. Again, I happened to talk to the owner, and he sorted it out for me in no time and no questions asked. Not to mention, the parcel came the next day. Despite that little error on missing items, I believe it’s a genuine mistake due to my ‘demand’ to receive the parcel ASAP. The whole experience is nothing but pleasant and smooth. We exchanged a few emails, and I know the owner treats every customer with the utmost respect and care. I know I will buy from them again, either online or in store. If you experienced any issues with your order, please jump online to chat with the sales representative. You may be surprised that things get sorted out in no time and you get more than you bargained for. :)

This was my first experience ordering from Natonic. As an expat, I do miss certain things, which are a bit hard to get from time to time.

Admittedly, it was a bit of a rocky start, with some supplier delays, but I was kept informed. I was prepared to wait, I know these things happen. I was also offered the option of cancelling my order if I didn’t wish to wait. I certainly wasn’t inconvenienced. After a second supplier delay was resolved, my products were shipped out express with tracking, and I received them very quickly with apologies for the delay and some lovely small gifts. Everything was packed very well for the trip.

All the staff I spoke to were unbelievably polite and helpful.

As feedback, the inability to respond directly to emails and having to go to the website to chat, is a little annoying but certainly not a deal breaker. It makes it harder to track conversations and issues, should they arise. Perhaps something to work on?

All in all, I am happy and will return to purchase from them again. I will likely reach out to ensure stock availability first.

Considering shipping costs and everything, I pay less than half the price I have to pay in Canada. Not only it costs me less but I am sure I am taking 5 stars quality products. I'm editing my review for an old order.

Placed an order and it says delivery within 5 to 11 days. It's been 13 days and the parcel has not reached customs. We are leaving Singapore soon and may not get to collect our items.

The items came finally n the staff were responsive. Although the delivery was late, everything else was excellent. There is no perfection in life so I'm generally happy with this company. Great options and variety. Will order again for sure. Customer service is really good so I'm pleased.

It was my first time to order from Natonic and had a great experience. Initially wanted to order from two other companies which offered lower price for the products which I wanted to buy. When looking at those reviews, the feedback was very poor. I found reviews of Natonic are very good and thus ordered from it. It just took a week to get my delivery, much faster than the estimated time stated on the website. Good price, efficient service and give me a peac of mind. As I am happy with my first delivery in September, I decided to order from Natonic again. This time, I urgently need a couple of items to take overseas. After placing the order on 27th December evening, I was a bit worried that year end is a busy time, the goods might not be able to deliver before 6th January, my departure date. The next day 28th January, I thus went to the livechat on the website to express my concern and showed my order confirmation number. Elden instantly replied to me on the chat box and said he would arrange the shipping ASAP so that I could get my delivery before 6th January. On 2nd January morning, I happily got my delivery! Wonderful services, great skincare products and best prices from Natonic! I bought some skincare products on Natonic last week and received the order in about 4 days. I contacted its customer support after I found some items were close to expiry. The online chat services were easy and I didn't wait long to get John online. After learning my case, John quickly got the store director Elden to join the chat. Elden said it was strange as Natonic takes product expiries very seriously and found the same items with much longer expiry. As I am leaving Melbourne soon, Elden sent the replacements in the afternoon and I received the new shipment the next day with a beautiful gift.

I have been placing all my orders for baby formula from this company since giving birth in September 2022, of which all had been packaged and arrived within a few days.

I only ever had delays during the months of December and January arising from the carrier service they had used, not Natonic/Bestwind themselves ( which is a shame for them as you can see it has caused them to receive negative reviews and tarnished their perfect reputation during those months). However, on both occasions I contacted the company and was responded to promptly by the director herself who took full responsibility and apologised unconditionally regardless of who was at fault, and ensured I received my order through an overnight express shipping company.

I myself am a director and am well aware of issues that arise out of our control. I consider the service offered by Elden and the team to be of high standard. A company who is resolute in their determination to overcome challenges should be complimented, and I will continue to be a loyal customer and commend them to others without reservation.

Good variety/selection of products, free shipping for $150 and above. Great customer service and price match available upon speaking to the customer service team. The loyalty point system is also another benefit for me to keep buying from Natonic. One feedback I have is - If only they can price match without having to pay first then refund back would make shopping even more perfect.
