I purchased my loved car with Anthony Giorgi, and I was very happy with the services that matches the Maserati brand perfectly. Anthony is very patient, opening ears to what the customer needs and make timely and accurate response. He is also efficient to negotiate with other parties, this is important to offer a very good drive away price. He also takes a very good care for the customers after the purchase, calling frequently to see if they can help with car and happy to answering any related questions. I am very satisfied with the service, and I will commend the Maserati Canberra and Anthony to my friends without hesitation.

What a great experience. From start to finish, Anthony was very professional and genuinely wanted to ensure the best outcome with my vehicle purchase, consistently followed up too, and provided all round great service. Zia was patient and thorough, and took his time to explain every little concern I had about my pre-sale inspection, and finally, Rodney was incredibly thorough with my finance application, really seemed to have my best interest at heart, and got me a great deal:)

I visited Maserati in Philip ACT on Sat 6 Jun 2020. I was met by Anthony and he was outstanding with his professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles at the premises. Anthony was very pleasant and accommodating with the test drive of one of the vehicles. There was no pressure, just a common appreciation of the cars. I would not hesitate to recommend visiting Maserati for your next drive. One of the cars could be calling your name.

The show room and vehicles are immaculate, the staff were engaged, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable to chat to even their complimentary coffee was great.

Beautiful customer service

I purchased a $100,000 used car. Had a small warranty issue with Stereo turning itself on and off from day 1. Got it fixed by Porche Sydney but never got refunded cost by Maserati Canberra under warranty.

Disappointing as it was only couple of hundred dollars. Be carefully looks like they don't stand by warranty.

Took some time however Maserati did pay in the end.

Booked in this morning to test drive a vehicle at 2:00pm, got there five minutes beforehand as the car pulled out for someone else... was told to come back in 45 minutes... that was a waste a time!!!
