Today was the walk to Cape Hauy. The track is one of the best tracks I have seen in almost remote Tasmania. The track on the long weekend was also the busiest I have been on in Tasmania. It reminds me why I usually walk in the colder months.
The views are stunning and well worth the 2 hour for me to get there.

We completed the 3 Capes Track and WOW is the best way to describe it. The Tasman National Park has so many O my god moments as you are walking through and experiencing.

A truly unique part of the world at the bottom of it! Every time you turned a corner, a new piece of beauty was presented. Truly unforgettable.

Amazing National Park! Lot's of hiking trails, I did the two capes (cape hauy and cape pillar) in a day. But you can overnight at two stunning huts on the trail. Super scenic, very peaceful! The cliffs are just breathtaking...

Such wild and beautiful landscapes, I didn't expect such a magnificent coastal views. This is by far some of Australia's best, I've seen north, south East and West, this is up there with a best. Please do yourself a favour and do what you can to see.

Just finished 3 Capes walk. Unbelievable beauty. Bit challenging in parts but totally worth it. High reward for effort. The rangers were extremely knowledgeable and added to the experience. Great huts!
This is a must do

Stunning hiking area. Hiked from Fortescue bay into Bare knoll free campsite night 1, explored Cape pillar for day 2, then hiked back to Fortescue via Cape Huay which was the most diverse day in terms of trail style and flora. Could complete this hike by combining day 1 and 2. Be a 28km day but 20 just with a day bag.

Amazing experience. We were on a small boat and the view was breathtaking. We got to see dolphins, seals, and a lot of diffent birds. We say the white eagle too which is quite a sight.
The weather was good too sunny and clear.
The rock formation and erosion is a very beautiful and the sea road to get there was a beauty too.
Very interesting boat ride!

Tasman National Park is a wild, yet accessible park of tall forests and a truly spectacular coastline.
Waters from the Southern Ocean collide with the towering sea cliffs of the Tasman Peninsula, creating spectacular rock formations, including caves and arches. The coastal vegetation grows precariously close to the edges of the cliffs, creating a blanket of green that contrasts with the surging surf below.
It is one of the highest sea cliffs have walkers on the award-winning trails in Australia. Truly remarkable experience!

The highest sea cliffs in the Southern hemisphere, plus caves, seals, dolphins, albatross and a whole lot more. Walk the Three Capes Track or take a cruise. Just don't miss the Tasman National Park. It's spectacular!

Spectacular National Park! If you get a chance to do the Three Capes walk, it is a must do.

Firstly the scenery is breathtaking. Secondly the cabins along the way are almost luxurious, with amazing cooking facilities. Thirdly the National Parks Rangers along the way are all great and very informative.

A lot to see in such a small area. Park up and do the liner walk or you can easily drive to each attraction. Don't miss it.

Great national park in the south of Port Arthur. At Cliff Raoul you have a nice walkway though the forest to two great lookout points. There are also hiking roots further but I didn't find them to appealing. They have a large hight difference to cover and once you are out of the forest it gets crazy hot and the flys are just nerve-wrecking.
Caution: the last 5 kilometers of the road to the parking lot are just gravel road!

Really beautiful hike.

I just did the Cape pillar hike as a day trip (30 kms) and it was absolutely worth it.

You can opt into camping around 8 kms in. Doing this makes one days hike 22 kms and the other day 8 km. This is a really good option as well.

Highly reccomend going out there and having a blast
