Moses and the team at Flooring & More made a heroic effort to get my bedroom re-carpeted with only one day’s notice on a long weekend!! They supplied premium carpet at an excellent price since it was already in stock. Can’t thank them enough!

What an amazing experience at flooring!!! Moses was so knowledgeable and informative. I went to several other stores and the service was incompatible.. Moses communication and delivery was excellent. He came several times to make sure that the project was done perfectly. I just can't fault this team..I have now recommended them to everyone in my family. Moses kept me up to date when my flooring installation was delayed due to the unexpected discovery of a product that had to be removed before installation could proceed. Dealing with flooring and more Willoughby was an absolute pleasure. I feel so blessed to have literally stumbled across this company after having several flooring companies say they cannot help me with a difficult flooring application. The minute I walked into flooring and more Moses, who was the representative there literally guided me through the whole process. Which took over 12 months to finally have things approved. Every time the goal post was moved. Moses would immediately help me, and nothing was an imposition. Nothing was too difficult. He literally took all the stress away. I now have a beautiful new flooring and carpeting in my bedrooms . I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Should anyone Require the services of a consistently brilliant company and more so for me this particular representative his name is Moses. I was very happy with the service and product we received from Flooring and More. Moses was a pleasure to deal with- friendly, knew his stuff, and was easy to organise installation dates with, even though our own schedule changed a number of times for other reasons! And best of all we are very happy with our new wool carpet which looks and feels great.

Moses was an amazing help from start to finish. I initially wanted floorboards however it wasn’t an option in my complex but he was super helpful and supportive when I had simple or complex questions. He delivered boards to my house for testing, I ended up with carpet which is lovely, well priced.

We contacted Flooring and More after a bad experience with another flooring company. The team at Flooring and More were fantastic to deal with. They arranged for Moses to come out the next day to do a free measure & quote. He bought with him flooring samples which made it so much easier to choose the flooring we wanted in our kitchen. I cannot believe the level of service and quality that I received here. First time buying flooring and every other shop I went to was either too pushy or just seemed shady. Flooring and More from the start was super transparent, had an amazing range of flooring and colours. There was some water damage in our property and we needed to strip out the old carpet and install new carpet ASAP. The shop installed the new carpet at a record time even though they did not have the carpet we had chosen in their Sydney warehouse. They made arrangements to ship the carpet via express and we are really grateful for their excellent efforts in excel in customer services
