Honestly such an amazing service. The staff are fantastic and accomodating and have made our experience so pleasant and seamless. They genuinely care about their families and it shows, I highly recommend Wendy and the busy bees at Yerrabi Pond. It has just been nothing, but a good experience so far for us and our daughter is always coming home. Happy clean and smiling.

I'm absolutely delighted and satisfied that my daughter is enrolled in a childcare center that not only aligns perfectly with the parenting practices I've been seeking but also has an exceptional director and dedicated educators. The director's leadership and the educators' commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment truly stand out. I must say, I love everything about the center, and it brings me immense peace of mind knowing that my child is in such capable hands.

Wendy and the educators are just fantastic. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for taking good care of our child's wellbeing and development. The rooms and the facilities look new and welcoming, with plenty of light and at a good temperature. In the nurseries lately the educators have been exploring playing with recycled material, but there are also plenty of toys and books. Children are given the option to spend time outside whenever the weather conditions allow it. The staff is always available to quickly answer requests, both administrative and on the nature of the education. We strongly recommend having a chat with Wendy if you are looking for a child care centre!

Enrolling our child in this excellent centre is one of our best decisions as a family. As a parent, you will have a peace of mind leaving your child under the care of their exceptional educators spearheaded by their awesome manager Wendy. Our child settled and blended easily with the harmonious environment of the center because of the caring and supportive educators. Kudos and more power to the team of Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees team!

It is an amazing childcare one can think about their children. I do not need to worry about my son when I am not around him.

We love Yerrabi Ponds Busy Bees. Both of our children enjoy going each day and are engaged and loved by the reliable staff. We are well informed of our children’s activities and enjoy getting photo updates throughout the week. The centre is always clean and tidy and filled with inspiring learning centres. The outdoor area is large and provides connections to nature and appropriate physical challenges for the children. 100% recommend!

I am very blessed fortunate with the lovely educators and admin staff at Busy bees at Yerrabi ponds.You all have contributed to my kid’s development immensely.Not only they are so welcoming from Day 1 but have been so co- operative with every query I had regarding my child’s journey.I highly recommend them

We loved our time at Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees and would reccommend this service to anyone. I'm honestly so upset to be leaving. Wendy and the team are dedicated, passionate and committed to delivering an amazing early learning experience for the children. The educators are kind, loving and committed to delivering high quality educational programs, that take into account the interests and individual needs of the children. I felt safe and confident leaving my children in their care and truely appreciated the fact that they invested the time to get to know my children but also our family.

My daughter has been attending Yerrabi pond busy bee since 2019 and current. My daughter also have a life threatening chronic medical condition that requires monitoring and medications during the day.

As a parent I was so nervous to let others care for daughter, but as soon as I met the centre manager and educators I felt this was the place for us and we have never regretted our decision to send her to Yerrabi pound busy bees.

I also wanted to commend the centre’s recent management of a positive covid exposure. They handled the situation swiftly and professionally. The centre manage was to quick to alert families and communicate what needed to be done. She provided updates in a timely manner and spent her weekend making families feel safe and heard. The whole team at Yerrabi pounds managed the entire situation amazingly with minimal disruption to the unaffected families. I want thank them again for the amazing service and dedication to early childhood educations.

My daughter finished at Yerrabi ponds today after 3 years. She has had many great carers , learning experiences and great times while she has been there. From being able to help on the front desk in the morning’s to assist her settle in the morning’s to the learning and fun in the rooms and on local walks. (Was a shame bush preschool didn’t get to happen) The effort put in to 4, yes 4 progress reports a year blew me away. Thanks to all the staff for all the support and care. We will miss bush bees as we head into our next chapter of school 💗

Our daughter enrolled to Yerrabi Ponds in 2018 when she was just 1 year old who did not know how to communicate well with others. Over the time, thanks to Yerrabi's well developed education program and lovely educators, our daughter has become a self confident baby girl with lots of competencies. Also, she has enjoyed every single minute spent in Yerrabi and still talking about them. All the time, we felt so confident about Yerrabi's care and was a peace of mind during the past 3 years time.

Our special thank should go to the Centre Manager Wendy (who was always supportive and welcoming) and all the educators including Nicole, Jenna, Richlyn, Linh, Lucy, Marcela, Carys and Leanne for giving the very best care for our daughter.

Excellent childcare centre. The Nursery room has a 'shoes off' policy which is fabulous for infants who are on their hands and feet all day. Many childcare centres don't have this as a practice and it is such a plus for us. The educators here love your kids like their own - highly recommend this centre!

I have found Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees to be a communicative, caring and educational environment for my child. She has developed in leaps and bounds since attending this childcare. I have peace of mind knowing she is happy at the Centre and will be well looked after. The educators give unlimited cuddles and teach good behaviours as well as regularly rotate in and out different play experiences. The educators always know I want information about my child's eating habits and nap length that day and they always have that information on hand when I pick up my child. Lead educators share detailed stories about my child on Storypark and strive to make visible my child's learning experiences. I have also observed the lead educator documenting how the children are behaving in order to tweak the care program to better suit the children. The Centre Director and 2IC are communicative and transparent about changes at the centre, including educator changes. They share information in the newsletters about how their work aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and the childcare centre's values. They also know all the children's names and greet the parents warmly everyday!

Yerrabi Ponds by Busy bees is a lovely space for children. Nestled away but still very close to the Gungahlin town centre. The service is light and open and there are beautiful spaces for the children to explore and just be themselves. The educators are friendly and very attentive to the needs of the children and the parents. I couldnt recomended a better centre or centre director.

We have been to 4 Day cares across 3 states and Busy Bees has been the best my far. Wendy, Rebecca and the whole team go above and beyond in every way and our child has had the best time here over the past 2 years.

I have been for a tour of the centre and found the director and educators very warm and friendly. The centre director has the children and families wellbeing at the for front of everything they do. While walking through I found children engaged with educators and could tell they were happy and well looked after.

Couldn’t talk highly enough of the director at this centre. Since day dot she has been welcoming, supportive and nothing short of amazing. You can see the passion she has for the kids and to make the centre the best it can be. It’s so nice to be able to leave my son somewhere I know he’s is going to well looked after.

My 3 year old daughter started going to busy bees at gungahlin 3 months ago. She absolutely loves it there, the carers in the junior pre school room - Mandeep, Richlin & Maria are just so wonderful. Wendy and Amanda was always ready to answer any questions and have been so helpful with the process. I can’t highly recommend the centre. Thank you for everything to do.
