Worst customer service at Novo, West Perth! It was a Friday night, was served by a girl (Chloe?). Asked her for a few sizes and could tell, how disinterested she was to be at work, along with sulking and eyes rolling. I asked her, I could open the boxes under and look myself, strictly said no, “other people are not allowed to do it”. Happily agreed to it.
DID NOT give mum and I space to try on shoes, kept hurrying. Was rushing it, as she wanted to keep the shoes away and did not let us even compare. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, worst experience.

Staff member working this morning was very rude as soon as I walked into the store! I wanted to return some boots due to a faulty zip and she stood there for Atleast 5 minutes zipping it up and down saying it wasn’t an issue.. she then was throwing around the shoe box and rudely placed the refund book on the counter for me to fill out!

Don’t appreciate this kind of customer service.

Not everyone is a tourist. And this Industry doesn't need a rude sales person who thinks every Asian is a tourist who doesn't understand English. And even if your customer is a tourist, it gives you no right as a retail assistant to be rude. Unless you own that shop, knock your self out with that poor attitude.

The lady that was serving me was so rude in the watertown store her name emmersyn the minute I turned my face she started talking about me train your stuff to have a bit more costumer service
