Darryn photographed our wedding and was amazing from the moment we booked right through until the photos were delivered. He is friendly, warm and has a great sense of humour, which made the whole thing such a breeze, and everyone feel super comfortable. He captured all of the special moments and emotions of the day and the quality of the photos is outstanding. He also managed to turn dreary rainy weather into a magical memory. We could not recommend him more.

Darryn is an absolute legend and we are grateful for his excellent efforts for our wedding. He worked with us to achieve the photography style we were looking for for our wedding. It's a shame (?) we're only getting married once as we'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Darryn photographed our wedding in April at Bendooley Estate, and we are overjoyed with the photos! He made capturing our day easy and fun, quietly moving around the ceremony and reception taking the most beautiful and candid pictures. He knew all the best spots for the wedding party to have pictures and took some amazing drone shots as well.

Darryn was the most incredible photographer!! Not only are the pictures soooo perfect and our absolute favourite pictures in the whole wide world, he made the experience so welcoming and relaxing for two people who are really akward around a camera. Darryn was great to deal with. Friendly, easy going and prompt with his replies. On the day, his photos were amazing and didn't even notice he was there. We didn't book him for the whole reception, but once there we asked him to stay an extra hour or two which he happily did. And I'm glad we did as he got some great photos of our guests.

He made us both feel comfortable during the wedding photos, neither of us like the camera but he made it work for us which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend him.

I was recommended McKay Photography after he photographed three of my friend’s weddings. Their wedding photos were the best I had seen. My husband and I were over the moon with our photographs. Darryn shot our wedding in Bowral in 2016 and was absolutely fantastic! Even in the lead up meetings he was exceptionally professional and very personable. We met at his home and he shared some of his ideas with us before our wedding day.
On the wedding day he was there early to shoot wedding preparations and stayed until late into the night. He shot thousands of excellent photos, and knew exactly what to do and where to go to get the best shots.
I contacted Darryn in mid 2019, to get a leather bound copy of our wedding album (which life had prevented us doing initially) for our third wedding anniversary. Despite the late notice and being so long since the shoot, Darryn went above and beyond to get the album to us on time!

Darryn was the photographer for both my engagement photos and at my wedding. He was absolutely amazing. It was such a pleasure having a good joke and laugh with Darryn as I prepared for my special day. My day felt like a dream.
