I visited the store as I thought the pieces in the window display looked very nice. I am afraid that beyond this post my experience turned into an underwhelming one. The staff was not warm nor welcoming. The designer clothing was matched by an attitude which detracted from the high end brands the store is selling. I think the staff should be trained on how to offer high end customer service which I think currently is being confused with attitude and to be honest rudeness. My visit today ended quickly and with no purchase as I was put off despite being interested in a couple of items.

Highly unprofessional customer service. Attempted to purchase something via instagram. No update on a very delayed order, after requests for updates got met with defensiveness, unapologetic, blaming and even shaming responses. Often got responses that stated my purchase was not needed or made any difference, statements such as "we will have no trouble selling your item". When I highlighted unsatisfactory service no attempt to resolve, offer an apology or offer a service. Just future customer blaming and criticism. Do not purchase from here, no interest in the customer.

We came out of the shop next door and were standing outside this store when a plastic bag that was already on the ground had got stuck to my son’s shoes! He was simply trying to shake it off his feet and the bag accidentally flew to the entrance of the store. A lady came out kicked it off, telling us it don’t belong in there! Fair enough but it wasn’t done on purpose! The disgraceful attitude continued when she went back inside, giving us death stares!

Though we may had the intention of making a purchase inside, rest assured we certainly won’t be doing so, knowing what kind of attitude and service it offers! Very disappointed at how this matter was dealt with, especially when there are kids involved.

Very disappointing, has no interest in customer service. Also lacks telling you about return policies...
