Fantastic place to work out. There is a great atmosphere whenever you go there. The sessions are fun and the coaches really take the time to help you reach your personal fitness goals. They were also brilliant whilst I was there in the first couple of months of my pregnancy.

A great little box with a huge, supportive community. Great trainers and they often have social events. Keep an eye out for us at the upcoming Spartan Race in October.

The session types are great, the coaches are great, explanations and facilitating is amazing. The facilities are also really good.

Great trainers, good gear and a fun vibe with a nice community. Sash is a legend and is always super attentive and helpful when it come to perfecting form. Worth the price.

Crossfit Woden facilities are great, conveniently located near the Woden town centre and the pricing is reasonable with a range of flexible options. A good mix of people help create a great community. Would be better if there were more springbok supporters tho 😅

Great gym with awesome coaches! Would recommend getting in and trying it out. They have a free 2 week trial too!

I've been a member for 12 months now. Pete and Brendan are awesome coaches... making sure basics are covered and cater to athletes and novices!

Great space, all brand new equipment and the guys here are very knowledgeable. Recommended if you are looking for a way to get fit in the Canberra area.

Was off training/exercise for sometime. Until I heard about Crossfit WODen. This gym breaks that Crossfit stereotype, with emphasis placed on technique, safety, self improvement and enjoyment!! Haven't looked back after joining over 12 months ago. Highly recommended giving it a go!
