very accommodating friendly staff who take the time to help with all medications. Retail manager Belinda goes above & beyond to ensure clients are comfortable, understood & cared about.
The owner Maz is very kind & will try to ensure all clients are made to feel welcome. and has great communication skills with patients & staff. He is very approachable, listens & gives great advice.

This pharmacy has gone downhill since Gary Wilcher sold. The service was excellent back then...now you're lucky to be acknowledged, and that's when there's no one else in the shop. You were always supplied, without asking, all the information you needed for a new medication. Not now. Time to pull your socks up, Valentine Pharmacy 😐, and don't wonder why some of your customers are not overly friendly. We have long memories of days where that pharmacy was always very busy

Once again...2 months later, had to ask to be served...ignored by 3 staff..now taking my business elsewhere.
