I have been with ROI for almost ten years now and have never looked back. The team at ROI has always delivered on what they promised at the outset, which was first page rankings for my key search terms. I don't know where my business would be without ROI, and I am eternally grateful. Every interaction I've had with the staff at ROI over the years has been friendly, competent and helpful too. We used ROI to do our SEO and spoke to a salesman that strongly advised we should be receiving at least 1,000 unique organic visitors a day within 3 months of working with ROI (we have this all in writing). 8 months of using ROI and we had hardly any improvement. In this time we had 4 different account managers. We contacted ROI and informed them that we no longer wish to use their services. We were informed they would be charging 1 months fee but no work would be done on our account. We lodged a chargeback and our card company refunded the charge.

THE WORST! In the 6 months we used ROI we had no less than 5 different account managers. 3 of which we were told had left the company during this period. The salesman who promised the world, left the company 2 weeks after we started the contract. We achieved absolutely no increase in traffic. Working with ROI has been the single biggest waste of money for our company this year.
