Woolworths Metro Surry Hills

I love this shop. Staff is very helpful. Especially an Australian Greek lady (unfortunately don’t remember her name) is the best. She always looks after me and makes me feel special. Thanks guys.

Great local Woolies, friendly staff, people restocking the shelves all day every day, and has pretty much everything you need, even a pop up florist in Saturday morning!

I have been a shopping here in the past five years and every times when Marina on her duty as a customer service at the checkout area she always say hi and smile ,very friendly so helpful she so polite show me smile and say thank you as a customer . I have been shopping into supermarket for very long, long time and never see anyone three Customer so great like Marina .She so amazing. Woolworth so lucky to have an employee like Marina at the checkout I am so sure what ever problem or any issues all customer will be well look after and happy . Marina thank you so much you have made my day and you have made a huge difference . Please keep

The staff here are amazing. Marina watched me putting a cooked chicken into my shopping bag and rushed to get me a plastic bag so it wouldn’t leak. Now that is service! The other lady with the blonde hair is also super helpful. The deli guy is always smiley and friendly. The sushi is great. I still reckon the coffee shop is a waste of space but otherwise it’s a great little supermarket.

Big but small, it's a well thought out design the store is in 2 sections. Could of been a bit cleaner though & not a staff member to be found except for the 2 at the checkouts. No street carparks @ all & no on site parking either. But a cute lil store..

Amazing supermarket! Visited on a Sunday morning and deli even open! Friendly helpful staff. Clean as a whistle! Best cold roast beef I’ve ever tasted . Prices good too! Nothing like it in my city of Melbourne near the cbd like this is! Keep it up I’ll be back !!

Great store. Even though it's a metro store they still have a good range. Clean, shelves always stocked well. Security friendly greeting on arrival as are the store staff.

A pretty convenient spot to get quick groceries or a snack at lunch! They've got a downstairs area which has a bunch more than the Woolworths Metro near Central Station, so if you're around Surry Hills, this one is a better option as they have more stock - less crowded too.

Great service. Marina at the counter was the most helpful. She took time to welcome me and pack the bags properly. She deserves 5 🌟

Always a pleasant experience here - staff are friendly and chatty, they have a great scrunchable plastic recycling point, and love the seedling plants they’re giving away

Great location, friendly staff, and pretty much everything you need. Plus they offer 1 hour free parking in the garage across the way.

Great metro Woolies for your lunch real shopping with nice staff, in particular Marina who is always cheerful, nice and polite - she is the good soul of the store :)

For a small store great variety. Has a cafe on first level as well as good deli. Groceries downstairs.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I’m older & find shopping difficult, everyone helps when asked & I don’t feel rushed.

Never over crowded. Friendly staff. No long lines. Always stocked.
