A payment that was meant to come to me from my work insurer has been paid to this business by mistake. The insurance company contacted the business to ask for it to either pay the money back to me or back to them so they can forward it onto me which hasn't been done. This Business was already paid by me at the time and I was issued with a receipt for it. In this particular situation I needed to borrow a room in a clinical setting to have a Medical Rep check out a NeuroStim Implant component I have implanted for my spine to see if it was functioning correctly or if I urgently needed it replaced. Due to legalities the rep has to do it in a clinical setting and is not allowed to come to my home to do this. I reached out to OBWC being a long term customer to see if I could borrow a room for 20 mins which I was charged for, which I paid, (one might have been generous enough to give the room for free considering all the business I and other family members have given the business over the years - over 200 massages for just me). The business advised it charged extra as it was workers comp related.

** Response to owner: The owner did have knowledge of the fee as she discussed it with the insurance company and they provided me the emails of that. The owner was aware from my first massage about 7 years ago that it was a workers compensation injury as she would provide me with a receipt so I could claim the money back from the insurer. Funny how she doesn't engage with insurance companies but didn't mind taking they money they sent her in error. In regards to the cancellation fees why would I have had to pay for that I never confirmed the appointment and after all of those years of my reliability I shouldn't have been given cancellation fees the owner saying this is her being petty and trying to make herself look better.
