These Ladies are fabulous. They really know how to give a great massage. I’ve gone in feeling tight and sore and left limber and revived. The warmth from the electric blankets is lovely and soothing combined with the music and scent of Tiger Balm. Wether it’s a deep tissue or a relaxing massage your looking for this is the place to visit.

A quiet, peaceful, warm, clean and relaxing atmosphere and both owner and Mina are so friendly and helpful.
Mina is very good at what she does and really listens to what you need. If you’re wanting a firm deep tissue, she does traditional Thai deep tissue and it certainly satisfies those expectations. Fantastic at remedial also. Highly recommended and I suggest you book in. Enjoy!

Tried Total Wellness for the first time this evening and Mina didn’t disappoint.
I asked for a firm massage and could tell from the first minute she knew what she was doing, getting right into the hamstrings and abductors which are notoriously tight and difficult to stretch.
I’ll definitely be back.

I received the Deep Tissue Thai/Relaxation massage and it was perfect for very tense and tight muscles. If you want something more gentle and relaxing then the relaxation massage would be perfect.

This spa is warm and welcoming and the rooms are so clean and beautifully set up to make you feel relaxed immediately. My massage was first rate, Mina did an amazing job and I will be going regularly now for sure!

Most spectacular massage I have ever had! I got the Thai deep tissue relaxation with oil and it was an amazing experience to say the least. I am relaxed, refreshed, my tension and muscle pain gone! Berney was incredible, polite and attentive. She could feel all the knots I had and I could tell she wanted to help relive the pain I’ve been in from Muay Thai training. Stayed open late to accommodate and went above the hour I paid for. Definitely going to be coming back and recommending to friends. If you’re after an outstanding massage this is the place!!! My first time in this place and it was a pleasurable experience! The staffs are brilliant, friendly and have magic hands! Really Great massage! I get Thai massage quite often but I’ve never been this satisfied with Thai massage before. I strongly recommend the masseuse Mina. She does an amazing job. She is very friendly and I could tell she even knows how to fix problems.
