A La Plage Beach House

Short walk to beach and great verandah for sunsets. This place had everything, pool and fireplace. Very considerate hosts with small touches included.

This place is beautiful with a beautiful view and can walking down to the beach comfortable place to enjoy and relax. There's only one small issue the lights in kitchen and dining areas are not enough lights it's quite dark other than that it's a nice place to stay

Great place to stay in the Margaret River area. Really close to the beach if you're interested, the wineries are within thirty minutes drive. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and two distinct entertaining areas to let people streach out. Highly recommended after many visits over the years

Great place to kick back relax and enjoy the serenity

It was a nice stay, plenty of room for multiple guests, and kitchen had everything you need. Lovely upstairs entertaining area, and the verandah off the main living area was great! A ping-pong table, darts and foosball downstairs were a bonus.

Downsides - Some of the windows/doors are a bit rusted and we had trouble opening them. Same with the main bedroom blinds, they were broken, so could not use the verandah entrance there. The dishwasher was a bit useless, so ended up hand washing. We also had a bit of trouble with bugs inside as some of the flyscreens had holes, (but thankfully no bitey bugs!).

Overall a great location, peace, quiet with great views with plenty of room.

The pool is not heated... furnishings are dated. Owner not overly helpful, no welcome pack for a luxury price tag. Winter when we went and the heated pool was a selling point. Extremely disappointed it was 14 degrees!!!
Beautiful view and comfy beds. But the house overall needs some work and updates.. not even a Bluetooth speaker?!

A premium price for sub-par house. Ant infestation on first night in an ensuite room. Couple had to move into a bunk bed room. Split system not working in main living..There is a wood fire, but be prepared to cut your own if staying longer than 2 nights. Fly wire screen doors don't latch, so they blow open and let bugs in. 6 different remote controls for the TV, DVD system that are not labelled and no battery backings. So children can take them out. Pool is way too cold, despite saying it's heated. Loose fittings on furniture. Uncomfortable guest beds. There are better properties to stay in Gnarabup. The house is nice, though there are a lot of things that need fixing. Prepare to pay full price, but don't expect any type of refund for rooms that can't be used because of pests and unusable equipment
