Health Plus General Practice (GP Gungahlin - Casey)

I have taken my daughter here a few times now, the GP we see is very friendly, patient and caring and ofcourse does a great job. Definitely great with children. The reception staff are also very friendly and caring. The waiting area is clean and neat with nice calm music, a doll house and some books for children.

I had a very pleasant experience with this medical centre. Doctor Julie is a true professional and always available. It's hard to make her smile but that's OK🙂.

I took my toddler to see Dr Asif and had a pleasant experience. Doctor was very patient, asked lot of questions, explained things and we didn't feel rushed at all. Even though it is not a bulk bill service for children anymore ( wish it still was!) But I felt the fees we paid was fair for Doctor's time and attention.

Healthplus is an exceptional medical practice. Dr Melanie and her team are very very professional. In fact, Dr Melanie is the BEST doctor I have ever come across. She is genuine, helpful and really cares for each of her patients. Also, Melissa the receptionist is always so friendly, very helpful and accommodating. So happy to have found this place!

Took my 3 year old son in today with breathing difficulties and just needed to share that Dr Sung was amazing, my son instantly warmed to her and she went above and beyond with his treatment. The people working in reception have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We have been jumping around from medical centre to medical centre looking for the right fit for our family since arriving in Canberra 6 years ago but we have found it now!

Could not be happier with my results after my thread lift with Dr Wen..

Iv had a similar procedure before and was no where near as happy as I am with how contoured my face is now looking!
Dr wen was considerate and very gentle throughout
the entire procedure.
It went smoothly and I felt well cared for both during and afterward.

Such an amazing practice with doctors that really care. You will never feel like a number in this place, you feel cared for, listened to and provided with exceptional service and advice. The clinic is always clean and organise. The front of house team always greet you with a warm welcome. I love this place.

Excellent GP practice in a convenient location. The newly fitted out clinic is nice and airy with a spacious waiting area. The reception staff are friendly. The doctors are very good with a caring attitude. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Sung came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. She has a friendly bedside manner and explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. I will be returning with my 6 week old bub and making Bealth Plus our family GP.

Had an excellent experience here with my 1 year old. We were fit it at very short notice for a medical certificate for daycare. Despite being fit in for a short appointment the doctor performed a thorough checkup and we did not feel rushed at any stage of the consult. Will be visiting again.

What a great clinic...from the moment I walked in I was greeted with respect and made to feel comfortable. The GP is excellent, motivated to help and insightful. I highly recommend you consider making this your family practice, I know I have.

Have been to some pretty lousy GP's in Gungahlin area, but everyone here seems to care and be genuinely interested in your health, along with making you feel comfortable.

This is a fantastic practice. I visited Dr Wen recently for cosmetic procedures. I've has similar procedures elsewhere and Dr Wen gave me better results with less downtime. I highly recommend Dr Wen.

Exceptional health care provided by caring, expert (wizard-level) doctors, with a friendly and helpful reception team.
I always feel that I am in the best of hands at this modem clinic.

Dr Sung is a welcome departure from the move of modern general practice to high-throughput impersonalised practice. She is highly professional, focussed on delivering good health outcomes, and with an excellent bedside manner. Thoroughly recommend the practice, and Dr Sung in particular.

I take my son here regularly the staff are always so friendly and Doctor Wen Sung always makes us feel so special! We love gp plus.

Fantastic service from the reception to the doctors, everyone is friendly and willing to answers any questions I had on the day, I highly recommend this Practise if you are looking for a caring GP willing to go the extra mile.

Staff and Dr were friendly, Dr was very knowledgeable to issues I had. Was able to Answer to any questions I had and took the time to explain things I didn't understand.
