Dr Sami
It is with a breath of fresh air that in today's world that we are very lucky to have a Dr. that actually listens and generally cares about their patients. His knowledge is outstanding for a GP.
He genuinely has compassion

I hope that this Doctors practice can hold on to him. He is worth gold.

Owners Peter and Barb Marriott should be commended for bringing the only bulk-billing general practice to the entire Gympie Region.
We can’t even guess how much money they’ve invested, but we thank them emphatically! They’re getting people out of their homes and back into health.
Dr Samer Sirri is an amazing surgeon and thoroughly researches tough cases to find the best results.
He is amazing with those suffering anxiety and depression; but also skin care.
Thank you everyone. We are so lucky to have you here.

After moving to Tin can bay 4 years ago and at the time being told the doctors books were closed and I would have to go to Gympie.
The service that is now being provided by the new owners/management is AWESOME. The only thing I can say is THANK YOU.

I'm extremely happy with the level of service and care provided by this clinic, as are all of my neighbours and my husband. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you all.

This medical centre won't return phone calls, respond to emails or fill out any forms such as required by Centrelink or provide medical history documents etc etc. The service is slack. Glad we moved.

Since Dr Sami Has left, we may as well be ina3rd world countrie, my appointment was canceled at the last minute, after waiting weeks and confirmation made. with no appointment to see any doctor was offered. Even with breathing problems and compaction with numonia it was a week before I saw a doctor. There are always excuses. Peter what's going on. Your dealing with sick elderly people, not cows.

I have found if you are really sick and need urgent help the front desk staff decide whether you see the doctor or not, not the doctors if you are in real trouble wouldn't recommend had the same issues in the past with tin can Bay , the trouble is front desk run things and doctor sometimes don't even know and don't have much say we need surgery here that puts patient first without being effected by politicking at workplace.they are there taking taxpayers money and giving in my opinion third class Care that is why I have to go to gimpy don't have confidence in people there that I would get the Care I require,I am a cancer patient and have negative experience with these people they lack empathy. 4/6 /23 Looks like nothing has changed, We Need a little Hospital, here, not a profit driven surgery, looks like I will have to travel back to gimpy,5/6/23 After battling my asthma for several days and several attempts to get a appointment to get some medicine still been staonewalld by the front desk to see some one to give me some scripts to treat my asthma haven't slept for several days with no help in sight from the surgery that sead they will get back to me, with a sick wife at home can't get to gimpy. I thought I will write this as mater of public record to highlight how useless the surgery is, these people have no business being a surgery business they haven't changed ever since several years ago.finealy they left a message to let me know there is no appointment available, richest country in the world, heading to America style medical systems that is what happens when you privitise health system, more about money and business than patients . The owner is very well aware what is going on .7/7/23 My wife is stage for cancer after calling the surgery still been staonewalld.so we finally had to call paletive Care people to get some positive responses.and maniged to get to see some one in the afternoon, they advertise about great service,I beg to differ very poorly and inadequate.if you have a choice,go elsewhere,we will as soon as we can find the surgery that will treat us like human beings Update back to business As usual taking weeks to get a appointment and to add insult now they want extra 15 dollars despite the fact The government has given them more taxpayer money for the poorer services you are not about patient care

I'm a veteran .dva ask me to get my GP to sign a simple form so I can get skin cancer s removed .dr flat out refuses.very veteran unfriendly
And incompetent
Not the first time it happened .no attention to detail.when it comes to dva reporting.which is vitally important
I'm moving to new GP

Hi I read on the website to NOT come into the practice if you have any cold/flu like symptoms (I do) so organised a Telehealth appointment with dr Evill. On the phone he was very hesitant to issue a certificate for work as anyone can say anything and he can’t physically examine me to see for himself. My concern is how does anyone get a work certificate for a cold or flu if your not allowed in the clinic in the first place and even more so what if a cold or flu turned into a chest infection or something worse and I needed antibiotics? How can a doctor diagnose me correctly over the phone and then prescribe me the correct antibiotics? Surely this has got to change and there’s a better way of dealing with this? Can nobody see the obvious flaws in that system? Can anyone shed some light on this situation please because I’m genuinely curious. Just really concerning for people who are just sick, not with covid, just sick. It does happen you know. Remember the common cold?
