Had a great experience with Mlec Solar. They took the time to explain in great details all the questions I had for them, booked us in so quickly that our panels were installed in less than a week. The boys that come out to install were professional and had a very clean work area. Overall very happy with the install and very tidy/precise looking electrical install of the inverter and the meter box.

I engaged MLEC to install solar system in my new house on the 16th Nov 2023. The installers were prompt and very professional. They explained everything clearly to me and did the work quickly. What made me happy was they checked and double checked the system was working properly. Part of their service includes a home visit after a few weeks to check up on their system to ensure that it's working properly. What a great service throughout the whole process from initial to post sales. It was easy and stress free, especially for someone like me who never had solar panels before. I have recommended MLEC to my neighbours as I feel their customer service is honest and and extremely top notch, especially the post sale service. From Karim, Elzette, Didi all the way to all the installers that came to my house, I want to thank everyone involved in my installation of my solar panels.

The installation was excellently done without fuss. Although the mobile app stopped working the EMLEC team were onto it immediately when reported and was fixed straight away. Overall installation and service is outstanding and I would highly recommend them

This is the second house that I have asked MLEC to install solar to and they are such a professional and elite company to deal with. They communicate with you every step of the way, handle all details in a timely manner including dealing with the power company. Their extremely friendly and helpful staff showed up on time and installed my system in a quick and efficient manner. I give them a 15 out of 10 for service, communication and efficiency.

Honest and professional - no pressure sales. The salesman actually knew what he was talking about. - good value for money - the install team were professional, quick and did a quality job...overall, very good service - Yes, I would recommend them.

How awesome is MLEC Solar. In less than two weeks we have applied, been visited and quoted, and now the 6.6 kWh system is fully installed. Talk about 6Star service. What a blast. Special call out to our installers Isaac and Dylan. What a friendly, efficient awesome team they make. It is so much easier when the installers are also electricians. Thanks to all. We only have a small modest home and wrapped you came up with a way to give us our wants. From start to finish, we have felt like VIPS yet we are just us. Installed the panels 12 months ago after an excellent consult with Rob W. No pressure and no outlandish promises about the system. Performed well over the 12 months however given our lifestyle and patterns of use, we just upgraded with an alpha ess 10 kw battery. I see the system as an asset and so far it’s performing well. I have blackout coverage and hopefully my electricity bill woo see a significant decrease. Both installs were done by competent MLEC employees who were efficient, friendly, and of the highest calibre. Highly recommended

I recently had solar panels fitted to my house. I chose MLEC after researching and talking to friends who had positive experiences with this company.
The system was fitted last Tuesday by Joey and his team and was very professionally done.
The team were so polished with their high level of work, the care they took and the finish result is brilliant.
I would highly recommend MLEC to anyone looking to have solar panels fitted, definitely a ten out of ten for service, punctuality, professionalism and efficiency.

I had a 5 star experience with Mlec solar. While discussing my needs with Ben, he was very knowledgeable and recommended the appropriate solar system for my needs. From quote to installation the whole process was very smooth, any questions I had were promptly answered. On the day of installation the guys were punctual, professional and tidy.

We got a quick response to our request for a quote and Louie spent about 40 mins answering various questions to narrow down what we needed. When I had other quotes come back, again Louie was more than happy to go through the differences in those.
Once we agreed to go ahead, the install was booked in quickly and the installers were thorough and professional. After installation there was follow up to make sure everything was working as expected and to see if we had more questions.
All in all, could not fault the level of service.

I spoke to several solar companies but MLEC stood out from the rest. They weren’t pushy for me to get a particular system or pay on the day like other companies, they listened to my concerns and recommended the right system for the job. I sat on it for a bit to contemplate my options, which they recommended I did unlike these other sales people that were adamant if I didn’t sign that day, the deal was off the table.

Ultimately I came back to MLEC due to their customer service, their positive history behind their brand and the competitive pricing. I am very happy I made that decision.

I had constant communication with them and their team came out with no dramas and got the system installed very quickly, to a high level of care.

MLEC Solar and the team made it a no brainer to go with them for my solar. They offered options and gave great advice on what to go with. Installation was faultless, no mess no fuss and completed with in a few hours. The system is up and running and saving $$$.

We met with Rob on a Saturday, we found him to be knowledgeable and not your usual pushy sales person. Unbelievably we had our solar panels installed just 4 days later due to a cancelation. The install team arrived when expected and installed everything really quickly. They were all professional and ensured we were all setup with the app etc before they left. Excellent service. We couldn't recommend MLEC more.

Pleased with sales and very impressed by the installation team. Ours was a tricky, double storey install but Matt and the team took the time to find the best location for the inverter with minimal conduit on the external walls. The system looks to be performing as per the initial information provided by Riccardo and the App is easy to use if the information is a little limited. Load Monitoring would be nice to have. Would recommend MLEC to anyone based on our experience to date.

I had a great experience with MLEC. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. The three installers were also very good and friendly. The only negative point was that when my wife paid online by credit card there was no warning messages that she would have been charged a huge fee until she submitted the payment. Too late. altogether I am still very happy with the company.

Ryan and the team were great; professional, polite, explained what they were going to do during the day, and gave me all the information I needed before they left. Even though they were working on a tin roof on a 35 degree day, they had a smile on their face when they left.

Great Service all round. MLEC was not the cheapest quote I received but I felt comfortable with them from the 1st contact. They were 1 of only 2 companies that were prepared to do a site visit from the 5 I contacted. They were prompt, professional at all levels of contact and did a great job. We had a minor issue after install but with 1 call they were out the next date and fixed the issue. Recommended.

MLEC Solar & team was very good and excellent. They fixed for our house with lovingly and carefully. Our family are very much appreciated. I highly recommended MLEC Solar for those who are not fixed Solar yet. If you are planning to fixed Solar it will be very good for you too.
