Haven't rented a car from here. But driven one and it was brand new!

Of all places in Australia where you need window tinting and you dont get it here, so be prepared to melt in your hire car.

Don't use Budget in Karratha. Absolute bunch of thieves. They charged my credit for a chipped windscreen when there was no evidence sent to me to dispute their claim.

Rented a vehicle from here for work and after two days, the fan belt started making a noise. Standard wear and tear, therefore I contacted the company to explain the issue.

The young woman on the phone was extremely helpful however the manager was extremely unprofessional and started trying to pin the blame on myself for this issue.

Excellent vehicles for rental however customer service in this instance was shocking.

Their system was down when I arrived. They did not have any capability to look up my reservation. Went to call the helpline and they could not look anything up. Went back to the counter to see what my options were and staff had gone.
