Great service and well organised all round regarding picking up the vehicle. Mine spec vehicle had all the fruit to pass inspection and get into site. Vehicle was clean inside and out, full of fuel and ready for work.

Got a good deal, but the counter price couldn't be beaten by online reservation deal. So check online first, then present booking number to the desk and they will process it.
Friendly efficient service and calling to extend hire was no problem, and I did that twice.

Charged my credit card $200.66 and couldn't explain costs or refund in sufficient timing. Wouldn't call back when asked for a return call nor could explain why they had charged this amount. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service.

Lady at the counter yesterday was super rude, asked her a question and she waved her hand Infront a rude gesture asking me to wait like that, didn't end up getting the car anyway 👎👎
