Telstra Busselton

Georgia at the Busselton Telstra store was amazing!! After a mishap with my phone she sorted me out very quickly with a new one, transferred everything over and even stayed a little late to do it. Definitely 5 star service from her. Thanks.

I arrived after 4pm with an Issue, the shop was busy. These guys were very professional and really know their stuff. Customer service was excellent, my Issue took time but they fixed it. Cheers

Karl for one is dead keen to solve problems, and he went to considerable lengths to do just that for me. George appears on the ball. I'm very happy, pleasantly surprised cause I've dealt with the "other" Telstra Shop in next town !!

I walked in without an appointment. Staff members made time for me even though I could clearly see that they were pretty busy. Service from Jarrad was excellent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Above and Beyond. Manager Carl provided 5 star customer service. After a rather disappointing online experience with the overseas Telstra team I called the Busselton Telstra shop and Carl handled the issue promptly, enthusiastically, professionally and with genuine empathy. If you enjoy being treated like you and your business matters, go see Carl and you’ll be highly impressed. Thank you, Carl, you are worth gold.

Today the service was great. I was worried after reading all the previous reviews however, they have really made an effort to turn around their customer service. Joe, the sales assistant did a great job upgrading my mums phone and I pad and gave us a better deal than I had originally asked for. Thanks Joe and the rest of the team.

After reading reviews of Karl at Busselton Telstra I decided to see if he could solve my account & Apple Watch issue - this is one that numerous Telstra in store & phone could not. Karl & George were amazing, problem solved, incredible attitude & patience - even nicer guys😀 You are brilliant, thank you so much

I don't know why there's such bad reviews. These guys are super helpful. Their system was down but they were consistent in helping us until it was working. Great service from Henri and Ryan. They were extremely polite and helpful. Cheers guys! Will be back!

We went into the Telstra store to sort out our mammoth monthly telstra bill and to get new mobile phones. We were helped by Ethan who was so knowledgeable about the products, services and everything Telstra! Best Telstra consultant we have dealt with hands down. He was friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him and he managed to get our bills down. We would definitely go back there for the wonderful service he provided.

I would like to give a big thank you to the young lady at Telstra Busselton who helped me with my Message Bank problem. She went the extra mile and I am very happy to say - She Fixed It!!! Thanks very much

I rang and 5 seconds later the phone was picked up and I was helped by Richard, very well and polite.
So it is not al;ways as bad as some people suggest.

Great service, best store in wa. Staff are great.
I'm so glad they pick the phone with in the first couple rings the service the provid was amazing. With short wait times and awesome staff it's the place to go if you need anything Telstra.
