I recently went to see Ben at Firstline Physio for multiple sports-related injuries (shoulder traps, hamstring, wrist). Ben was attentive, knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. He really went above and beyond to provide the best care possible, answered any questions that I had, and also provided great advice on conditioning exercises I could do at home to help me rebuild strength in those muscles. My injuries are so much better now, and I feel more informed about how to reduce my risk of future injuries, thanks to all the tips and knowledge Ben shared with me. Highly recommend.

Michael is the best physiotherapist I met so far. He's knowledgeable, professional in manual skill with very good sense of humour. My wife and I can feel his care and concern even after his physio session. Very pleased with his therapy and compassionate attitude for patients. The clinic is so conveniently located either by public transport or own driving access. We won't hesitate to recommend Firstline Physiotherapy to anyone in need.

I highly recommend Firstline Physiotherapy to all my relatives and friends. Michael is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. He spends quality time with me during treatment meaning not rushing and tried his best to have a better patient/clinician relationship. Anna the receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. The day my wife visited Firstline Physiotherapy she was in so much pain that she needed my help to get out of the car. After the session, she felt so much better that she did not need my help anymore on our way back home. Staffs are nice and polite, and the practice is technologically modern with assigned exercises in an app with video instructions.

I am so impressed by her results that I am also seeing Michael to treat my shoulder issue due to using too much keyboard and mouse. I am feeling much better, and will write another review after my treatment.

Just finished 5 sessions of physio therapy on my left shoulder. I really enjoyed my sessions with Ben as he is very professional and always made sure I was at ease and comfortable with the treatments. Everyone at the clinic were friendly , makes you feel like family.

Riverwood Firstline Physiotherapy provide outstanding care and service. I was always greeted with a smile from the lovely ladies at the front counter and the appointments I had always ran to time. They have several physiotherapists , it is a collaborative atmosphere. Ben provided me with excellent treatment - therapeutic massage and a simple exercise plan which quickly relieved my symptoms and strengthened the area within a fortnight. I am now pain-free and have regained full movement. If you have any pains, I recommend this place.

I was referred to Firstline Physiotherapy by a mate. I had pain in my right shoulder from constantly carrying my son around but after my first visit, Michael was able to diagnose the problem and explained what he was doing to rectify the issue. After a few weeks the pain has mostly disappeared and I am working with Michael on strengthening the muscles in my shoulder to future proof it.
