Woolworths Riverwood

I’m an elderly bloke, and have had a few medical issues, where I get a bit confused, but today at Woolworths the self service checkout “service attendant “ was so helpful with getting me through dealing with an iPhone to pay which, I just can’t get my head around !
The patient’s and understanding and generosity ☯ Shown lifted my whole week/year 🙏

Did a click and collect today. Even tho it is the xmas period where it is extremely busy the customer service was terrific. Thanks guys.

Awesome plaza. Great parking and great access from car park up to shops.

Very well set out supermarket, friendly staff, weekly specials. Great fresh produce, nice delicatessen easy parking, lift as well for easy access from the carpark and you don't have to pay for your trolley. A pleasant place to do your groceries.

I usually pay for groceries of the elderly position myself so the ladies know I'm paying glad the ladies know I regularly do this so it's nice to shop where the staff know you

Staff is excellent! Lauren from the Direct to Boot Team is always smiling and is very diligent with picking the orders. I was proud to see that she politely but firmly asked a client to move the car from the Woolies Direct to boot parking space! Five Stars to you Lauren for standing up for the rights of your Woolies Customers!

Great place to shop with lovely staff. Fruit and vegetables are great. I take a disabled lady shopping and they have enough room for her to get through the check out. I like the specials they have and the rewards system. I love getting an extra 4c off fuel

The shelves were quite good in the crisis. The staff were very patient friendly helpful, especially considering the treatment they were receiving from some customers. Really well done.

I went to buy a pack of cigarettes n the counter service addressed me like a neighbor /friend. I ended up purchasing a lighter after she shared a funny story about the lighter she bought herself. It's one of the quirky avocado ones. Small buy, but GREAT service. Go Riverwood Woolies 💥

Woolworths riverwood has pretty good variety deli.fresh always .somtimes late stacking shelves but not really a problem.the staff that are there at the do it yourself are always helpful when something goes wrong.clean and tidy.not much ore can say i will always go there no dramas

You can get everything in one go.

I was researching wool and was wondering what the price was. I found Woolworths Riverwood. Nice array of foods etc, but my question wasn't answered. What is wool worth? I did buy 63 cans of John West tuna for $1 each and a usb-c cable. Misleading name, maybe call it foodworths instead. Not happy

It has a great selection of grocery items, awesome fruit and veg's, friendly and helpful staff.
