Great experience at Rebel Carousel with Josiah this morning. Buying shoes for my 2 boys is never easy, Jo was so knowledgeable and so patient in dealing with the multiple shoes the boys wanted to try on before they finally decided. Jo even price matched and lowered the cost on a pair of shoes for us. Thanks Jo for an awesome shopping experience at Rebel!

I have brought alot from this store and most of my purchases are click and collect. The service I have received each time is 100%. The staff are so polite and helpful and very efficient, and it is never any bother when having to return an item. Keep up the great work! ☺

I was shopping for football boots very close to closing time on a Thursday night, and received the best customer service I have ever gotten at any rebel I’ve ever been to. Massive shoutout to Taj W. He was extremely patient, personable and friendly despite the late hour. Deserves employee of the month and a raise!

I was offered customer service by Reece/Rhys (apology in advance if I am incorrect in spelling your name). I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience as he helped me pick out the right pair of shoe. He was able to demonstrate great listening skills, offered options and choices and not once did he stutter on his enthusiasm to grab me a pair to try on. Truly appreciated the way Reece helped me pick out a shoe that suited my needs, I came in for a different pair in mind and left with a pair I needed and fitted vastly better. Rebel sports, you have a great team member on board and truly lucky to have him. Well done Reece. I'll pop down to try more shoes sometime soon. Joseph

Visit this place with lots of sports products outfit. They sale different types of brands, which also other store don't have. Good place to shop with, when you are into sports and love branded outfits. Got mine from sale, love it🤗.

Had to unfortunately return a product in store as it was not a great fit. Very impressed with the young lady that served me. She handled my issue professionally. Only wish other rebel stores would have more of the same happy and very helpful team member. Great experience overall👍👍

Fast efficient service and great range of sporting equipment and sports wear , got the wrong size shoe my fault went back to exchange for a larger size they didn't have it in stock dealt with Chloë who was extremely helpful in that she called other stores on my behalf found the right size at the store on the hwy they also were helpful Rebel service is phenomenonel

I buy my shoes for work at rebel. As a photographer I need comfortable and supporting shoes that let me walk and climb on a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces. I always find the staff here willing and able to think outside the box to find the best shoes for my unique use.

Went in store today with my daughter to buy some soccer boots. Had amazing service from a staff member called OZ. He took the time to explain everything to us and even helped us out with some other accessories that we needed. Great job.

I haven't been to the store for awhile. It always felt messy and disorganised, but they have a new planogram that seems to work. The sections are better organised and makes more sense. Makes for a better shopping experience now.

I bought a Nordic Elliptical E8.2 from the store. It was the display unit. Once it was delivered the following day, we eagerly tried it. Hearing some knocking noises and squeaking sounds, I immediately called the store. Justin, the salesperson, was not around but I nevertheless informed the lady-salesperson (forgot her name) of what we have observed. That was the last contact I made with them.

After a week, I got a surprise call from GPE (ICON Support) informing me that they will be coming over to check the equipment. Greg of GPE, indeed, inspected and tested the equipment.

The Rebel Sports staff pursued the transaction behind the scene.
