We head down to Perth a couple times a year for a big city shop and vans is the one store we never leave disappointed even if we havent been able to find something to buy, the girls are always lovely! Tori has helped us on a few of our trips now and has set the bar pretty high for our shopping expectations🤣 she never misses a beat when our son James asks a million questions. James has autism and is a very passionate quizzer which can make shopping challenging for people who help us and frustrating for him if he doesn’t get the answers he needs but he never gets answers from Tori - he gets a conversation! an incredibly thoughtful young woman for always going out of her way to cater to James sensory needs and a great advocate for vans with her knowledge on all things about the brand and shoes. Last trip in particular James learnt everything he needed to know about leather and the different kinds and how to take care of them so this time he was keen to show off how well he had taken care of his shoes. Yesterday the kids were raving about their upcoming Disneyland trip and tori told us she use to live in California and gave us all the vans skating history and her tips on skating spots and some of the stores there. Sheran and Sabrina were such a great help in getting the perfect shoes for me. Knew their knowledge and got me my ideal shoes. Definitely will comeback!

I popped in to Vans after seeing their online eoyf specials. Sheryn (or Sharon, I'm terrible with names!) came and assisted me immediately. She let me know that all of the stock on clearance had been sent to the clearance stores. Instead of letting me run off and find out that they may not have what I wanted, she went online and checked stock at the clearance stores for me. Super helpful!
