Always find something in there Good sale when l went in 2nd pair half price but ended up buying 1pair of lovely, comfy Airflex runners . Some lovely shoes and now looking for Boots .

I went into the store to buy a couple of pairs of dress boots. There was only one other customer in there. There were three staff on duty, they looked to be doing not a lot. I waited at least five minutes for some service and got nothing. Really disappointed. I won't be going back to this store again.

On 6th Oct 2020 at 9am I went to return some faulty shoes and the customer service I recieved was appalling. Firstly despite the shoes poor quality and visably falling apart they refused to help without a receipt. I have been shopping at Betts for over 5 years as well as my kids shoes every year. I have never felt so frustrated when shopping.
