Gadean Footwear

Thanks to Gadean Footwear, I have size 11 steel cap work boots that fit my wide feet perfectly, much better (and safer) than the size 13.5 trip hazards I was having to wear previously. Efficient and friendly service, comparable pricing to the other premium brands, and cheap delivery if required.

Visited store today , great customer service from Bella , She was friendly , new her product well. These people specialize in problem feet . Good variety of stock , for walking , running or just lazing about . Give your feet a break , they have to carry you around for the rest of your life . They really deserve to walk around in comfortable shoes from Gadean's . Drop in and say Hi to Bella . they sell the best , don't settle for anything less . A Big Thank You to Bella!

On Thursday 5th January 2017 my Aunty and I went to the Gardean footwear to get fantastic shoes that fitted us like a gem. The manager searved us fantastically and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and Im very im very impressed with the service that we both got. Im more than happy to let the people that I know were to get the best service and the best quality of the shoes.
Keep up the awesome job that you are doing because it shows Maureen Andrews-Jones i am looking forward to go back to your shop again.

I am writing this email on behalf of my mother, She is a DVA Gold card holder and her podiatrist, sent a referral for custom shoes to be made by Gadean.
Her appointment to see Thomas was in December 2021. I told him I was worried that the shoes would not fit and was advised by Thomas that the shoes being made would fit perfectly. He said “when I use the scanner they always fit perfectly.” However, on this day, he did not use the scanner and only drew around my mother’s foot with a pencil.
I subsequently received and update in January 2022, that the shoes were ready. When we went to O’Connor to try on the shoes, they did in no way fit her - much too long. As she has not been buying regular shoes due to her medical condition, on that day I had no alternative but to purchase a pair of shoes "Donna” at a cost of $300. I also purchased sandals for myself. The girls in the store were lovely. They told me that the scanner was in fact “not working.”
I later left a message on the web to request a phone call. Thomas contacted me and I advised the shoes did not fit and were left at the store. He claimed he took additional measurements of my mother's foot, apart from drawing around it.” This was not correct.
I received a phone call from Rachel from your Malaga office. I told her it was not possible for me to again visit O’Connor, such outings being not familiar to my mother. Rachel later left a message for me to say the “wrong last” has been used in making the shoes and another pair was being ordered. Some weeks later, I again spoke to her and she assured me that when the shoes were ready, you would personally visit me with the shoes and bring others to show us that might be suitable.
On 11 May 2022, we attended our appointment with Ian. Apparently the shoes were delivered to him he said about the week before. I had no idea they were being sent to him directly. Over the last few weeks Mum has been wearing the shoes (she has no other winter shoes). We had another appointment with Ian last week, and when I explained to Ian that my mother’s foot was coming forward in the shoes when walking, away from the back of shoes and causing reddening on her toes, he said they were not fitting correctly. The shoes made for my mother were not even the style suggested by her podiatrist.
Please let me know what you are willing to do to assist.
