Foot Locker

walked in after spending 40 minutes waiting for a salesperson at JD Sports to come in here to find the same shoe. I was met by Ting who was an absolute angel and so happy to help as my entire family basically tried a set of shoes on and was so patient and caring about the whole process. Hard to find decent customer service these days but she was one of the kindest people i’ve dealt with in recent history. 10/10 customer service

My son and I went yesterday to buy him a pair of shoes. We were served by David who was so great! He was both professional and friendly. Thanks David

I had the most surprising and pleasant experience in this store today.. please ask for Ak.. he noticed I was having trouble walking with my walker as I suffer from Sciatica, and he was extremely helpful, we spoke about my issues etc.. he explained his and we chatted. He is a very helpful young man whose customer services skills are above and beyond. I didn’t buy anything today but next time I’ll be asking for him. Thank you AK. You reallly made my day.. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏼

Very good customer service. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Big thank you to especially Lachlan and the tall guy ( maybe named King?), they were absolutely legends. Made my purchase and exchange experiences very easy and pleasant :)

Went in yesterday and was greeted by Angel. She provided amazing service even though they were super busy. I bought my daughter a set of Air Max.

I then came in again a bit later looking for shoes for my wife. Again Angel served us and sent us over the men's side to have a look at some other colour and sizes. On the men's side, we were met by King. Again, his service was amazing.

They didn't have the size we needed but rang another store and asked them to hold.

Great service and I will definitely be back for more shoes soon.

Been twice in the last few days max busy both times but customer service was still excellent. Really impressed by the above and beyond attitude of the manager, she is all over it. Very grateful for such excellent service.

Absolutely 5 star customer service. All staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. The Manager was such a delight, highly rate her in customer service and management. Nothing was a problem. Very busy shop but she made sure I was happy and assisted me in shoe size and my needs. Highly recommend this store for your shoes. I had previously been dealing with Footlocker Armadale who were rude and not interested in my sale so I moved on to Carousel. You can't compare the 2 stores at all. Do not go to Armadale, they are not professional and have no idea about customer service. Thanks Footlocker Carousel, you're the best!!

Customer service was Top notch! had a hole in the toe of my basketball shoe that was a couple of months old and they swapped it for a new pair with No worries at all! Brilliant team at Footlocker Carousel!

Salma did an absolutely fantastic job helping my son buy a great pair of basketball shoes. We cannot thank her enough. After spening hours at the shopping centre visiting numerous shops, I can confidently say her knowledge and exceptional customer service was second to none. She really is an asset to Foot Locker!

The best service I have ever had at footlocker. So respectful and kind, Tyree helped me out, he kept checking in and made sure I was taken care of. Such good energy and so nice to talk to, I definitely will be returning after my favourite footlocker experience!

HONESTLY, just wanted to express how wonderful the service was at footlocker. Bro Sam was a cool one, she was extremely kind, always reassuring us because of the rush and overall just a smooth and easy transaction with footlocker.

Upon arrival into the store I had been greeted by Kristen who has the upmost customer service skills I have ever seen. If management reads this I’d definitely recommend giving her a bonus for her hard work. She really elevates this place to levels that I have never seen elsewhere. Will definitely be returning to Footlocker Carousel although it is quite far the service received from Kristen is worth it!

Arrived in store and was assisted by a super friendly guy (Didn't catch his name) who provided the most enjoyable customer service, he was helping me and another bloke at the same time! What a legend! I left happy after I finally selected the footwear I was after! Thanks heaps!
