Amazing customer service, what a great place to enjoy fresh home made delicious yummy foods. Very well priced, so if you are peckish or just want to chill for little before your day starts highly recommend Yep Cafe. Oh yeah there is also a play pen for little humans.

Great first experience at this new Cooby cafe! Girlfriend got the veggie toasty which she raved about, and I got the smashed avo which was excellent as well! Both offered a good value, and we will definitely be returning to try more of the menu. Friendly staff and a comfortable couch to wait on are bonuses! Keep up the good work y’all

Honestly the best Eggs Benny I've ever eaten, also a fantastic affordable steak with options for sides, beautiful ham and cheese croissants, toasties, burgers... Truly, everything I've eaten here is amazing.
Now open on Sundays for an amazing home cooked roast lunch with real gravy and Yorkshire puddings 😋

Had the Sunday roast dinner. Pork today with apple sauce and gravy with Pork crackle. You can book through Facebook Messenger. I like the fact that they are a training facility for trainees and graduates in hospitality. Best of luck to the graduates especially in today's time of Covid. May perserverence, creativity and happiness be with you in your chosen profession 👍🙂 You may have to diversify during Covid but continue to follow your dream. Edit Father's Day breakfast and a present for Dad - nice gesture and very thoughtful by the Cafe.

Delicious food made by great staff. Food is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.

The food, coffee and service is excellent. Even better is having a certified training provider in our area who’s aim is to build young people up for a career in hospitality with training, experience and responsibilities.

Yummy breakfast and very clean Cafe. Great selection of food choices and an all around cosy place to sit and relax.

All I can say is WOW. What a pleasant experience. Best kept secret in Cooby. Food great, service excellent, prices affordable for Pensioners'. My friend had special dietary needs, no problems for Billie and team. Made to suit.

LOVED this place!! Could not rare it more highly - I asked for something very custom and the chef outdid herself making the best spicy Nachos I've ever enjoyed in a restaurant! Could not rate them more highly! Great service, great food, more than reasonable prices!

All i can say, if you keep up this quality of food, you'll never go out of business. The food is amazing and the staff have wonderful customer service skills. Such a vibe environment.

Came here on a whim after googling "best coffee near me now" just having dropped my kids to basketball at Lakeside recreation centre. There were a few options but I'm fortunate to have picked the right one.
The large coffee was $4.50 with 4 shots of coffee in it (where can you find that in Perth!) The nachos were a very generous serving and delicious, hands down probably the best I've had in my life.
To top it off the customer service was impeccable plus they let me sit in a while longer to kill time even though they were closing up.
I cannot recommend this place enough. A+ ❤

Been wanting to try my local Café for some time now but unfortunately my habit of staying home 24/7 has left me with little motivation to go down! I ordered through Ubereats this morning for a Bacon and Egg Burger with a coffee and it didn't disappoint! For the price, I wasn't expecting much but my god the amount of bacon in there! It was so filling. Glad I finally order from here and will do again in future. Thank you!

Food is great and so is the price. Ordered the chicken parmi on this visit, it put many pub parmis to shame!! Staff were really friendly and attentive.

Had the burger and.....it's an old fashioned sesame bun, patty, salad, beetroot cheese and bacon. Just like the old days!!! Friendly lass behind the counter, took a little while but totally worth it. Great stuff, a hidden gem.

I come here for the tasty pies and the wonderful staff. How lucky are we to have you guys serving us great food and drinks. 5 stars!!!

Deb and Billie I thought I had already reviewed YEBP but now as a favorite regular staple of the Cooby Cockburn Staff we have to take our hats off. Starting with the food - YUM! great menu focusing on the essentials such as steak sanga, burgers'n'chips, chicken parmy and the epic nachos (my fave pictured below) You guys and the staff are great and we all feel very welcome. Now have to mention the work they are doing with our community and local schools to ensure those coming out of the education system or stuck on Jobseeker get a fair go. On the job training with direct pathways to employment. Least importantly its cheaper than chips! great food at a great price a must visit.

Consistently quality food! Never had a bad meal here and the customer service is super friendly. They do a killer big breakfast cheaper than anywhere around.

Kind staff, amazing food, really great place and I love the opportunities they provide to people new in the hospitality industry.
