The staff are incredible. Every time I go in-store or do click & collect, I always have a great experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Even the security guards are lovely. This store has a real community feel about it.

A special mention to the lovely lady I collected my order from a few times. I always miss her name, sorry!

She always goes out of her way to talk to the kids and have a chat. She’s very kind and always brightens my day. So thank you.

I went shopping in this store earlier this week, it was super tidy and well kept. Everything looked great in every aisle, will definitely be coming back regularly! Seems like the team focus heavily on the tidiness of the store which is really appealing for us as customers.

This store has really friendly staff, who are always willing to assist. Store is laid out nicely, easy to navigate. Aisles are always cleaned up nicely, great range of deli products and seasonal events.

Great customer service, staff are always so helpful on the shop floor. Shelves are always full and well presented. Great range of bakery items and fruit and veg always look bright and fresh.

Always great service when I do my online direct to boot orders. Product substitutes are not common, but always good whenever required. Most of the in store staff are usually helpful as well.

I’ve been a regular customer at this store for a couple of years now, and I can see some changes in the store recently. The shop looks really nice and aisles are cleaner, there’s no pallets and cages in the way like there used to be. Really nice place to shop compared to the Woolworths in big shopping centres.

I was shopping in store today and was assisted by Gurdeep, who provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful with assisting me to find products.

I actually really enjoy visiting. The staff and locals are friendly. The trolley keeping staff are fantastic. It carry’s most items and lines larger Woolworth chains carry. It’s usually clean and presentable. My last visit I noted a lot of items dumped on shelves etc. It could have been the time of day of visit. Very happy to have fresh, in date food and decent specials!
