I would like to express my admiration for the assortment of this store and the attention to customers from the consultants. I came with a specific request, and when it turned out that this branch did not have what I needed, the consultants contacted another branch, sent a photo of the availability of the desired jewelry, which allowed me to purchase the ideal necklace for me. Attention and quality are beyond praise. I hope to become a regular customer :) Thank you very much!

I contacted the Perth store from interstate & spoke with Melody. Unfortunately the cuff I was after was out of stock so Melody kindly arranged for the item to be made for me. As I’m interstate it wasn’t possible to try the cuff on so was unsure of which size. Melody asked for measurements of my wrist & then recommended size. I’m glad she did this as the size I originally planned to order would have been too large. The service I received from Melody was exceptional & I am very happy with my purchase.

Had an absolutely lovely experience in the store. My salesperson Ingrid was so helpful, she explained the history of the brand and she let me try a few items until I found the right one. I walked out with a gorgeous pair of pearl earrings. Make sure to visit this store whenever you are in Perth, I know I'll be back!

Staff at Kailis Perth City are incredible, service like no other. The ladies had so much time for myself and my sisters, purchasing for our 50th and 60th birthday's. The excellent service was memorable, shall never forget the experience. Thank you Ladies, commendable.
