My daughter has been wanting a piece of jewellery with a ruby to wear in memory of her Brother after looking at many stores and not finding the right item we popped into Riverton Store today and was served by Sandra who was friendly, helpful and understood the importance of finding the right item.
Myself and my daughter tried on several items final to find earrings and necklace for my daughter and a necklace for myself.
Sandra thankyou for your understand and helpful service and allowing us to take our time to find the perfect pieces. We will definately be back when looking.for presents or more goodies for ourself.

Was at this store on Sunday to get some watch batteries replaced and also for my wife to buy some jewellery. The service was brilliant. Very friendly and patient staff. The two ladies were Sandra and Zandra :). Will be back for sure to pick up my watches but also to shop in future. Thank you

Great place for gift items on special occasions. Purchased some jewlery items to gift on Diwali. Also, they have good discount offers time to time.

They always give great advice and go the extra mile if there isn't any in their store , they will hunt it down and have it transferred to the store.

I have brought a couple of items from here and they have lasted well, not to cheap and nit to expensive.....

The staff were always helpful and kind and would answer any questions you have.....

Customer service is terrible. They could see I was waiting but ignored me. Not even a hello or "sorry for making you wait". I waited 20 minutes and left. I just wanted to buy a jewellery set and leave, but the sales person was another customer who couldn't make up their mind. I hope that customer bought the $400 sapphire necklace because at least 4 other potential customers had come and gone without making a purchase. The store itself was a bit rundown. Two of the counters were broken with caution tape over the top. I would recommend making your purchase online and avoid the long awkward wait.

My partner bought a diamond bracelet on Saturday afternoon for my birthday the following day, when he gave it to me Sunday morning the bracelet was to small and wouldn’t close on my wrist. We went back to prouds to see if we could get a larger one but they had nothing over a 19 in bracelet for within the $500 price range. So the sales person tried to push us to buy earnings rings necklaces , when we said no that’s not what we wanted, and we would like a refund, she said NO we don’t do refunds we can only exchange or give a credit, when my partner said you did not advise me of your policy when I purchased she then proceeded to point that it was on the bottom of the receipt, when my partner said that’s a bit late when you’ve already taken payment shesaid that’s our policy. After leaving the store absolutely appalled at what had just transpired, I went back to see where there refund policy was situated in store, as it is a legal requirement for it to be placed at eye level, when I asked where it was as I couldn’t see it displayed she pointed to the front counter where it was stuck at waist height, and anybody paying for a purchase there would block it from everybody else’s view. When I pointed this out she went and rang her manager again and then said we will refund you. So after totally ruining my birthday this could have been avoided with a refund at the start will never ever shop at prouds again just an appalling company.
