I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pricesavers and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately made me feel welcome.

A crafters dream. Bought lots of items for craft from this treasure of a shop. Very convenient and fair prices with very friendly staff. Close to the carpark so quick and easy access too.

Love this store, has great customer service, staff is very helpful and kind. I could spend hours in there n get items for a really good price. Cheaper and with better quality than anywhere else

Won’t ever step foot in this store again. Found what I was looking for for a dress up party….which I was happy about. 2 were marked at a cheaper price than the 3rd. Manager wanted to charge me the higher price for all 3; saying they had been wrongly priced. I argued this with him, he reluctantly gave me all 3 @ cheaper price. Tried to return them today as party didn’t go ahead. His receipt says no refund OR exchange. I find that very hard to believe that there was not even an exchange policy. Once again, argued this point with him, eventually he begrudgingly let me exchange. Had to take over $30 worth of stuff I didn’t want!! My daughter actually paid for the goods in the first place using her debit card. She was charged a fee of 37c on a purchase of $36. I believe he shouldn’t be charging any fee on a debit card. Manager is A rude, arrogant man, who has no idea how to treat a customer. Surprised he gets any custom at all.

Here’s another negative review to add to your growing list…
Went in there for some Christmas items.
And putting it simply,
Was charged a Credit Card processing fee for simply using EFTPOS,
A luxury we’ve enjoyed since the 80’s.
It’s illegal to charge customers transaction fees that you yourself aren’t getting charged.
There are no processing fees for eftpos.
Did this to my 60 year old disabled mother.
I only noticed after looking at her receipt.
Went and questioned the owner and he angrily and defensively kept pointing to the surcharge notice (but that only applies to credit cards).
When I said I will return the items and take it further, he opened the till and gave me the 15c fee back.
It’s not about the money,
It’s the point.
Doing this 50 times a day is thousands of dollars per year in illegal fees.
How many pensioners are you ripping off each day? It’s not the money, it’s the point!
Terrible attitude when confronted, wouldn’t take his eyes off his phone when discussing. Very arrogant manner.
I have spoken to Centre management and Consumer Affairs who were shocked.
You can’t charge people fees for simply using EFTPOS especially if it’s over $10!!
No apology or acknowledgement.
Investigation now under way…

Shop name should be Robbers not price savers. Charged me $9 for a pencil case that was $3 in reject shop.

I didn't have a good time at this place. I was browsing through some merchandise, and one of the pieces fell out due to its bad quality. The owner didn't care about this, and I was forced to pay for it, and it was overpriced. I'm not coming back into this horrible shop. You just lost one customer. >:(

my experience at this store was not good at all. me and my friends were looking at some stuff to buy in their store because they had some good and cheap stuff but the owner told us to leave the second we tried to buy something and that was the bad experience i went through in this store
