Brentwood Delicatessen

Could be biased because I grew up on their chips and gravy but they have the best chips and gravy south of river! Large range of food and drink and their opening hours are quite incredible. Now that I live nearby they are a frequent spot for food and drink supplies. Owners are friendly enough when you get to know them and they are usually willing to make pretty much anything for you! Try the chips and gravy if you’re ever in the area!

I regularly buy my lunch here.
They have freshly made rolls and will also make to order if you fancy something a little different.
There's a hot food menu too, and drinks, salads and cakes.
Most people buy to take away, although there are tables should you wish to eat in.
Service is friendly and quick, and I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Always open, always friendly, excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place for coffee or food. The wait times are normally good, sometimes a bit longer for coffee if there’s a few orders. With a bit of attention to the coffee area, this place could be a serious rival to next door

Great deli, good food, hot coffee. They need to rid the shop of the parasites and theives who take without paying. THESE MONGRELS KNOW WHO THEY ARE. Kindness is not a weakness!. Their actions increase the price of everything in the deli. This must stop!

Literally one of my favourite places to visit, the food is well priced, delicious and there is a huge selection! I recommend their kebabs!

This is my local deli and I have got to say I really appreciate these guys, they are the most hardworking & friendly people and their food is delicious. They really took a hit recently after the ram raid incedent and were not able to open for a few months and for those few months I realized how grateful I am to have these guys as a part of the community, those nights when you want an easy meal or you have nothing for the kids for school lunch I needed these guys.

I really recommend the doner meat box, beef & gravy roll, hamburger and handmade desserts 😋

One of the best and cheapest coffees in town! Always bring friends and family here and there is always something for everyone, with an extensive menu :) Would recommend the roast beef and gravy rolls or the chips and gravy (the gravy is amazing!!)

They do the best rolls at a reasonable price.

You can also buy coffee beans here, I recommend the Pure Colombian.

Great family owned business that works very hard to provide a great and wide selection of food. Much better to go here than give your money to some corporation.

This shop is open such long hours and the owners are lovely people.

Everything here is 10/10, can't find better value in Perth.
