Well organised and professional staff

It was spacious and the was an abundance of seats, plus it's a good resting place so I'd recommend to come here if you're with your child(ren) or with your elderly. The staff here was very accommodating and friendly, plus there was a few self-service computers so you don't have to wait for a long time. And the place has several parking spaces and is wheelchair accessible, and the bus stop is very near so it's a popular spot for people.

09/10/2020 12:30pm WST. People always say that government employees are bunch of grumpy people. I can honestly say they are totally opposite of what I've heard. Can not fault the whole experience from being greeted by the security, 2 x check in counter employee (asian male and lady at the right end counter think her name is Lily), and the case officer Deborah. All pleasant to deal with, all with big smiles. So, to everyone who will step foot into their building. Just be patient with them, give them space, be nice to them and they will be very nice to you.

I had to attend medicare in person today which I was dreading due to being unwell... The staff were lovely, accommodating,
And ensured that I was seen to in a seated area. From Mark at the front post to the staff member who helped me, all were professional and courteous. Thanks for making this visit an easier one for me.

This place is like a well oiled machine! Absolutely brilliant customer service and were very quick, despite there being loads of people every one (including me) were seen to 15-20 minutes after sitting down. Wish all Centrelink locations were like this one!

Received great customer service today. Only had to wait 5 minutes to see someone. The lady that served me was excellent, professional and friendly.

The staff were very accommodating as i have major difficulties in walking they went out of their way to assist me despite the place was full & they were extremely busy everyone i spoke to made me feel like they were there just for me very polite and respectful a good experience

Haven't had to deal with centrelink in 10 years, was dreading it. WOW what a change, extremely efficient, helpful, staff friendly.
