Lots of good books, they usually have every book in the series I am reading. The staff are always polite and helpful when I'm looking for a book. Good pricing for the books.

I placed an online order with QBD and paid extra for express shipping. It has now been 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I placed an enquiry online 9 days ago with no response. I have also emailed customer service with feedback and a request for at a minimum my shipping cost refunded, again with no response. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I won't purchase from them again
