I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Dr. Manish Bhutuda at Oral Health Specialists. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day, which I booked online in the evening. However, 15 minutes after making the appointment, Dr. Bhutuda called me to inform that he wouldn't be able to fix my broken crown.

When I asked why, he told me that there was no tooth there, which is completely untrue. I explained that there is a tooth present and that I just needed him to recement the crown again. I offered to take responsibility if it broke again and get a new crown. However, Dr. Bhutuda refused to help, stating that he couldn't fix it.

As a loyal customer who has been using his services for years, including regular cleans, I'm shocked by his lack of care and regard for his patients. His work is clearly subpar, as my crown broke again just a week after he fixed it initially. I ended up taking my business to a better dentist who fixed his poor work.

I would not recommend Dr. Manish Bhutuda or Oral Health Specialists to anyone. It's clear that he prioritizes profits over patient care and satisfaction.

I understand that you may have had concerns about recementing my broken crown, but I feel that you could have handled the situation more professionally and empathetically.

I want to clarify that I never asked you to fix the crown without any intention of paying for it. As a loyal patient, I was willing to take responsibility for any potential issues and even offered to pay for a new crown if it broke again. However, you refused to help me, citing that you couldn't fix it.

I understand that our experiences may have differed, but I'm still disappointed by your lack of care and regard for your patients. As a patient who has been using your services for years, I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service.

I appreciate your claim that your clients have praised your ethical high standards of care and reasonable pricing. However, my experience was not consistent with this. I hope that you can take my feedback constructively and work on improving your communication skills to better serve your patients.
