Norval Gallery

This is simply one of the best art galleries in Australia. A must visit for a true Australian experience rich with art history from the country men and women of our Kimberley region. Mark and Mary Norval are instrumental in allowing this outback Kimberley cultural history to flourish.

This is the real deal. If you are really serious about seeing amazing indigenous art that is not only genuine, it amazingly somehow captures the spirituality of this beautiful ancient culture. The best concentration of spectacular indigenous art I've ever seen. Also has great coffee there too.

Fantastic gallery. So many works of art to look at, great little coffee bar under the shade. Very interesting shell collection. The working studio and record collection was incredible. Taking photos is welcomed. Very interesting pieces by Mark. His and Mary's story is heart warming. This gallery made the visit to Derby worth the trip.

This place is so worth visiting! The artwork there is beautiful and reasonably priced, they also have history about the artwork which was very interesting! We got ours shipped back to England and it was there within 2 weeks, so impressed with everything they did for us ! Thank you Mark and Mary 🙌

Fabulous art gallery with variety of art. Very reasonable prices and free postage. Coffee out in the gardens was fantastic!!!

Amazing display of local Aboriginal art in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Bushels coffee shop was frosting on the cake.

Absolutely beautiful space, gorgeous art (paintings, carved boab nuts...) and even some very pretty second hand/vintage clothing for sale. Very friendly and informative staff. Original pieces for sale to suit all budgets. Well worth a visit!

What a fabulous gallery! We found Mark out the front working on his latest creation. He walked the kids inside and let them choose a small gift. We the
wandered the family collection of Mark's work - amazing talent. Don't forget to watch the 15min video of Mark's history in the local area.

It's a beautiful little gallery, with lots of incredible artwork. They have a short video on loop explaining a bit about the owners of the place and how it came to be which was really interesting 😊 lots of pretty pieces to buy, including postcards which you can get signed when Mark is there 😁 definitely recommend stopping by!
