The staff are always friendly, professional and efficient. The service to my car is always carried out perfectly, with notice of costs and information given throughout. I love the extras like the complimentary lift to and from my home, as well as the little gift left in my car.
My family and I are happy customers for over 10 years.

I booked an appointment for a car inspection and service at Autoplus WA. Mark, was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job with my car, paying close attention to every little detail and ensuring that everything was done to perfection. I was really impressed with his work and the way he handled the entire process. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their car serviced.

I had moved my vehicle service to a business closer to my work for convenience. However, recently returned to Autoplus WA and not only are they more affordable but the friendly staff and communication certainly outweighs any "convenience" I thought I had before coming back.

Excellent service. Face to face interaction with technicians that really know what they’re talking about. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and the were vey patient with me call them through the day asking for updates.

Highly recommend Autoplus! I took my car air con in to be fixed as their quotes were significantly cheaper than other places I had contacted. I went in for the cheap pricing but will 100% be returning for the customer service! They were down to earth, friendly and professional, they also text me throughout the day with updates and were very transparent about pricing and what services they would be performing. Took my car there to get my tyre fixed as it had been leaking for months and I’d been putting it off.
They were very professional, friendly and they found and patched the leak promptly. Zero complaints at all!
I usually go to a tyre store at random for my car needs but after today I think I’ll stick with these guys!

Always great communications from Autoplus. From booking, to dropping off where all issues or concerns are discussed, to text or phone calls during the time the car is in the workshop, to the pickup of the car where I get a verbal and written summary of the work carried out. I have been bringing my cars; and my family’s cars, here for years. I will continue to do so.

The rating speaks for itself. Reece, Haylee and the team at Autoplus Midvale were able to diagnose, repair and service my air conditioner which had stopped working. They were able to diagnose, order in the necessary part, perform the fix all within a week. They were transparent throughout the process with pricing and provided me with constant updates via text message throughout.

Was a little concerned about finding a good workshop for my pride and joy after my previous mechanic changed fields. But the glowing reviews and top recommendation from my brother are all correct. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding my last visit. Upon dropping off my car last Thursday, I made two specific requests: the removal of the rear mirror from the front bonnet, and a check on the rear passenger doors due to a squeaking noise when closing them. Regrettably, it appears these issues were not addressed. I believe this oversight might have been a communication lapse and is not reflective of the high standards of service I've come to expect from AutoPlus.

First time using Autoplus for a service. Seem to check all the boxes. I asked for a certain oil filter and oil for my car and they were able to help. They didn't try con me back sooner for another visit sooner then needed, like most mechanics. Autoplus seem to be honest and reliable, I will post an update after my next service. I would recommend them!
