Tradelink Midvale Showroom + Trade

What an amazing experience, my wife and I were on the hunt for a specific bath, we noticed Harvey Norman and Tradelink were the local stockist. I made a phone call to Danial at the midland and he matched and beat Harvey's price by a huge amount over the phone no questions asked. I headed down to the store met with Danial and bought numerous other items plus the bath for our renovation at fabulous prices, It was so nice to deal with a company with brilliant customer service! Poor experience! Arrived at the showroom to find the front doors locked. Went around the side to the Sales Counter/Trade entrance. No greeting, just a glance from staff members. Told them what we were looking for and asked if there were options in the showroom. Received a response of "we've got some but not just everything and anything".
Went into the showroom and found what we were looking for. Staff member said there is no stock in WA. Didn't offer alternatives or enquire if we wanted to order in. Poor customer service. Won't be returning!

Go here if you want to stand in front of the counter, not be served and have staff completely ignore you.
Staff walking through the showroom with there hot chips because they can’t be bothered walking through another way.
Absolute joke, go to Reece around the corner where you are actually greeted when you enter the showroom.

Got to the Midvale branch at 4:55. All locked up, and not a car in the place.
Really not impressed. Now I will have to do a special 70km round trip to come back to get one. All I need is a 3/8" copper elbow.

If you would like to waste time and get bad advice this is the way to go. Don't know their own product range and tell you it's in stock whilst it is not.

Even calling before doesn't guarantee the right product. Badly organised, uncaring attitude and passed on my order to supplier 2 hours later, whilst they knew I was waiting for it.

Wasted my whole morning on them.

Pathetic customer service. Apparently the sign on the showroom door, and the website says open at 8.30am. Door to showroom is still locked at 9am, and they're walking around inside ignoring customers outside and not answering their phones. Very poor attitude. Taking business elsewhere and suggest the manager get his act into gear

Tried enquiring about some products. The person behind the counter had no interest to assist since I'm not a Plumber.
