The Coffee Club

I visited here for chilling with my friends on my day-off. I ordered a piece of carrot cake and iced long black. Carrot cake was really fresh and chewy. It was soo delicious. Also the staff who served our coffee is really kind! I will definitely visit here again.

Really delicious mushroom flatbread and big breakfast. Awesome and friendly staff and well made coffee, can't ask for anymore. Really enjoyed our visit 😊

Just went here for breakfast for the first time. Very neat and tidy compared to other coffee clubs and the service was expectional. Gino brought out my food and checked in on me, he really was wonderful, sweet and amazing at making me feel comfortable while here. The other staff were also sweet and courteous. I didnt expect this when I went here this morning. Wow :)

Always great service and coffee. Happy to see a couple more vegan cake options. Had the choc/ orange cake and was delicious but 1/2 a slice is more than enough as it's quite rich.

Good food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. I always find my food to be consistently good here. I don't know why, but I rate the food at this particular coffee club store higher than other stores. They must have a decent chef here.

Came here with my husband and grandmother and we were pleasantly surprised! We loved everything that we ate and drank. I was very surprised that my omelette came with tomato relish/chutney and it was so good! The iced chocolate me and my husband shared was delicious and my grandma loved her food aswell.
The service was outstanding to say the least. The waitress we had was very friendly and it genuinely looked like she enjoyed her job. I love it when someone has good customer service skills. If I'm at a restaurant and the waitress is extra friendly, I feel like I enjoy my meal that much more aswell because I just feel welcome.

I Love Lakelands Coffee Club and the staff are what makes it such an awesome gathering place to share a meal and a cold/hot drink. Two staff I'd like to meantion because of there friendly outstanding service is Deb and Nin cheers Errol 😁

Friendly staff who looked after us well right from ordering to delivery of our food to our table. The shop has a nice atmosphere and was quite busy seeing as though it was a week night. I had a crispy chicken burger which was so nice and absolutely filling. The rest of our table were also happy with their food. Keep up the good work.

Friendly service and quality coffee and cakes. We love the frappes. Cookies and cream is our favourite, as well as the salted caramel frappe. We shared a slice of chocolate cake, which was delicious.

The Coffee Club at Lakelands has always provided our family with a warm welcome and fantastic service. Compared to another Coffee Club close by, The Coffee Club at Lakelands are exceptional in fact! The team works fast and efficient while providing tasty goods. We love the small outdoor setting that is close to the play area for little ones while we enjoy a quick break with one of Nin's (2nd in National Barista competion) awesome creations.

The staff at the coffee club are outstanding. I went for coffee with a friend and we both have babies.
My son started to get upset, as I was trying to calm him I noticed his smile growing and him laughing because of the lady behind the counter interacting with him. Saved me from dealing with a melt down. Phew!

Our coffees came out promptly. My son then decided he wanted to be held instead of be in the high chair. Without thinking with my over-tired/stressed brain, I put him on my lap for him to, in a split second, grab the mug of coffee and it went everywhere including on him. Our beautiful hot coffee with gorgeous art all over the table, floor, myself and baby.
In the shock of it all I didn’t know what to do first. Thankfully the staff came over and got to work cleaning up, offering whatever they could to help. I left my friend and the mess to the girls while I took my son to the toilets to be cleaned up and check the burns. He was fine, I was a mess.

I came back to a beautiful fresh coffee.
I was so damn grateful for that! the way the shituation was handled meant that I could relax and stress less. They reassured all of my apologies that I needn’t be sorry.
So I sipped my divine tasting coffee while another one of the ladies popped over to chat to my son while he babbled away at them. I peered over to another crying baby beginning to calm because the staff were interacting with her.
Ahhhh blisss!

I visit the Coffee Club Lakelands regularly and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and the portions are perfect. The coffee is great too

Whoever the shift manager was Easter Monday (today) she is awesome and clearly understands quality customer service. The Eggs Benny was incredibly tasty and the tea was delightful. Thanks!

Possibly THE greatest coffee club on the planet! They're coffees are always spot on, brewed to perfection! Their food is beyond exquisite; from how you want your eggs done to how decorative your deserts are.

The ladies here run this cafe with love, passion and whole hearted joy. I can't fault them at all... They go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is unique and a positive one. Whether you're dining on your own or with a group of friends/family you'll leave them with the biggest smile wanting to return.

Coffee clubs slogan is "where will I meet you?" And after dining in with them and receiving this 5star service I definitely know where I'll be meeting my friends, I suggest you do the same...!

Got a strange egg for breakfast; just an odd colour and consistency that the chef could not have known about. It was perfectly cooked. The staff were very apologetic and replaced the order immediately. I was provided a complimentary coffee whilst I waited. Top service guys. Thank you 😊

Staff are excellent, friendly and always smiling. Coffee is great, and food is also really nice.

They have good special deals for meals and the VIP membership is well worth it if you are a coffee lover. Share your free coffee with a friend or they will hold it for you when you leave.

Lovely food, friendly service. Kids Fish and chips with cucumber stick plus a ham and cheese croissant were more than enough to fill my 8yo daughter and I. Plenty of room for a wheelchair due to socially distanced tables ... hope this continues.
