Kmart Lakelands

TBH, I never expected to write a positive review of a Kmart store. In Lakelands. I met Donna who knew where absolutely everything was and exactly what was being discounted. Donna was strategically placed near the payment area.
It’s alway obvious when a store has a great manager who cares about customer service. Donna was head and shoulders above the other staff. Frankly, they didn’t even know that Kmart sells bootlaces.
I hope the manager sees this and gives Donna a big gold star on behalf of us grateful customers.
This doctor is one of them.

I would like to thank the two women working on the checkouts this morning who went above and beyond to help find a homeward item I wanted and in particular Tamara who brought it to the checkout for me this kind of customer help is what's missing with self serve thank you all three of you I was grateful and impressed

Clean and tidy store and the staff are friendly and polite and helpful! Always has a lot of kitchen items at good prices and so much more! Always good for a browse to see what you can find!

Honestly the best Kmart I've been to in WA. The shelves are always stocked, the store is neat and tidy, there are always prices on everything and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Kmarts always a favourite for things you don't need but always end up buying anyway. Very hard to walk into any kmart without walking out with an arm full of things

Clean complex, very open indoor area. Fresh produce market & bakery excellent. Cafes & Sarbas restaurant great. Plenty of parking. Library, Swim Centre, Aldi in same area.

I love coming to Lakelands. It is a nice personable compact community environment. You can pick up what you need from, Kmart Aldi's and Coles and have a cuppa. It is aesthetically pleasing. Modern style village shopping experience.

Kmart is always good for a bargain and finding something for the home that you didn't think you needed. Like storage options.

Great I just need more money to buy the stuff I want more of, lol. No seriously they are pretty good but I still can't get used to where the checkouts are now.

Had an awsome time at kmart today dressed sharp in gray i came for an interview with EDWARD at kmart had a awsome interview with this man showed me alot about kmart the team and the type of people yous are interested in and a overall great experience at my interview and hope to be working with you guys soon crossing my fingers anyway many thanks to EDWARD and the KMART TEAM for the opportunity yous gave me 5 Star service thank yous

Great store. Great kitchen items. Electric fry pan electric kettle own brand just fantastic good value for money.

Always good for a quick shop. However letting the missus come here can be extremely dangerous for the bank account! The staff are always friendly and always well stocked

Large Kmart homewares store; well stocked and merchandised with regular bargain clearance lines around the checkouts.
Staff communication for customer service is good.

Very accessible items,friendly staff and a cool,calm atmosphere. Well done to hard workers of Lakelands shops.

KMart has some great ideas and great specials. The whole shop has moved with the times. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful..

10/10 favourite place to shop! BRITTANY is such an asset to the team! Love her bubbly and happy personality every time I shop here!!
