I would like to congratulate the staff of this news agency for the quality of the customer service that is shown to their customers … Empathetic is the best word.
I came into the store … To the Aust. Post aspect of the business to not only collect a parcel but to vent my spleen about the total lack of consideration shown by our postman.
The young lady who served me was obviously aware that I was not happy however she displayed an excellent attitude whilst doing her best to get the parcel that I was chasing.
11 out of ten and keep up the good work … If only the postman had the same level of empathy … Well life would be perfect.

Miami plaza is a great smallish shopping centre, love the pharmacy great service there, lazy Jane's cafe has great coffee although a little noisy.

Another great supermarket however it is always very busy it can be a little troublesome in getting a car park as this whole shopping complex is very old and the car park is very outdated, I would recommend going here if you don’t want your car doors dented because of the narrow car parks.

Just went in to see phone people.centre is very nice. wollies food shopping is main Tennent.

Good selection of shops ...nice Cafe, post office, hair dresser, optician, chemist to name a few

Small convenient shopping centre stores opening more since restrictions lifted great little craft shop florist with very friend staff willing to help. Café sells lovely fresh food and friendly staff ensure you have a pleasant time while there.

Shop here on a frequent basis. The staff in the stores I frequent there are all friendly and always smile with their service. Once they get to know you, you are warmly greeted. Can go there and numerous staff will say hello and always ask how you are. Would definitely be my favourite shopping centre to go to. It may be a small complex in comparison to others but I think thatvis what makes it more personal and friendly than bigger shopping complexes. Definitely recommend to anyone

It's a small centre that's easily accessible with plenty of parking and it's just a short drive or walk to the beach. Pitty woolies and the other major supermarket in general gets rid of items after stocking them for years though.

We love the "Taste of Italy" cafe. We go there whenever we are in Mandurah. Homemade pizzas and other goodies and the price is very reasonable. Also the cakes are well priced and tasty (obviously that's were part of the name comes from - TASTY). Keep up the good work guys.

Simply the best, no other store can compare. Friendliest staff. Beautifully stacked shelves, especially the drinks. Very clean very easy to move around. Can't say enough good things about it.

Good variety of shops, my wife shops there regularly especially Woolworths and woolies are a very well stocked shop with top service and smiles 😃 all round.

Local smaller shopping centres are often dimly little and uninviting- not ours - has everything you need. Although recently closed Banking branches have literally left anyone needing more than an ATM to withdraw money from forced to drive to Mandurah Forum and into the interior of the centre itself. Big banking let's Aussie's down again

TOILETS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN AND EVEN HAD HAND WASH ETC, LUV IT

Has the Best woolies in Mandurah (even has a sushi stall😋) bakery is always fresh💯, deli has so much to choose from, staff are always friendly. Hairdressers, post/news, few clothe shops, beauty salon (which was great as well) no bottleshop, but a short walk across the car park and your at the best one in town (first choice🍻)

Talking Sharon in the centre was great! Like old friends!! Lady at Smoke mart is awesome!! Always friendly!! I'll have to get her name next time I see her.

Friendly staff, good parking and a variety of stores, such as cafes, post offices with lotto and magazines / stationary, Wooli, gift shop, hair dresser, butcher, phone shop, Smoke Mart/Gift Box, Surf store, Crazy Bazar for cheap items but good quality.
