This is my local pet shop, I purchased six guinea pigs here and many accessories for them,. I also purchased some Krazy crabs for my son. They have a good variety of supplies and the staff are helpful and friendly. They have two dog washes so you can clean your own dog.

Great pet shop, staff were very friendly, knew exactly what they were talking about and highly professional. They stock a great range of things here to suit all pets; fish, dogs, cats, bunnies and even spiders! Pricing was really fair for most items. Definatly recommend coming here! We will be back again.

Cannot thank the amazing staff at Pet City Port Kennedy enough. They were so incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me while helping me with my now forever feathered friend. They took great care of my weiro until he/she was ready to come home. I've only had he/she for one day and she is the best bird I have ever had and she/he is in great health thanks to them. Would 100% recommend this place for sure

This place is absolutely amazing I got my two budgies here and they are well tamed I always come back to the store to say hello and to show the workers how I’m going with my new budgies they have a wild variety of cages and birds and animals the staff are amazing and whenever you need them they are happy to help I love this place and I might go back to buy some more birdsBecause they are nurtured and hand tamed very well

Excellent service from this store today. I don't normally do reviews like this but the staff member was outstanding helpful and professional. So many times I have gave been into stores where the staff have little interest and less knowledge so it was nice to receive such great service. I normally use another store but will make this my regular store from now on thanks to the staff member who served me.

Great Service, my partner and I went in to buy a Guinea Pig with not much idea of everything we'd need to help look after it properly but the staff were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction and sharing what we'd need to take care of our little baby the best we can, would definitely recommend.

So I have recently purchased a snake and I was a fair bit baffled until I walked in this store! A lovely young lady helped me, she knew she was looking for and offered choices and excellent information!

I haven't used a different pet store since!

My favourite one stop shop pet store. Always has everything I need in stock for my rabbits. And it's always cool going in there and seeing all the animals you can adopt.

Took my eclectus parrot in and the ladies were really helpful and professional with handling and clipping his wings. Very friendly staff and the store is a great place to look around with all sorts of animals, fish and reptiles to see. It's a pleasure to see that the staff really love their animals and were well informed.
Even though I'm from Mandurah l will definitely be returning :)

Hello. I like to get dog biscuits from here they are very yum for dog. I sometimes chew them also very good for dog. Thank you. Chew toys.
I liked some of fish so got 1 of those once and had it for a while. He died. Sad :( but maybe another time I get another fish and its try to be more alive for long ? Thanks you so much . Staff friends. 10/10 .

We took our beagle Austin into Pet City today and was informed that there was a dog groomer in store. She agreed to give Austin the works and also cut his nails. My dog has never looked so good!! The groomer was obviously an expert in her field and loved dogs. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back, thank you

This store is amazing... after Looking at social media, the news, friends, family and my vet telling me that i needed to take my dog off grain free food i thought ide check with these guys first as they have guided me before to call of the wild which has changed my dogs health for the absolute better !! He has never been healthier.. after talking to Ash who i think is the manager there? And the young guy that works there ( so sorry ive forgotton your name) they both actually EXPLAINED in detail the reasons behind it and i feel as comfortable as ever to stick with what im feeding. Extremley knowledgeable staff who you can see are passionate about their jobs have given me more information over the past year than my vet or my old local pet store has ever done. I go to these guys first for any problems with my boy. Thanks again guys you are so super nice to me every time im there and i feel you should hear the positives!!!
