Outstanding customer service today. The assistant was lovely, and the pharmacist, Dr Paul Lai, was a gentlemen - he even came out from behind the counter to hand my medication. Much appreciated. 😊

Under Paul the owners guidance all the staff here are well trained and thoughtful, and in my elderly mothers case with many of them knowing her history have taken an active interest in her well being.

Mum has been going here since it opened, and in the six years I have been caring for her and managing her medication very rarely have I waited more than a minute or two for a staff member to see me.

Thoroughly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for personalised service and attention to detail.

Sad to see trolls at work here, harassing a small business who has always been so good to our Ringwood North community is very sad to see and quite frankly just fake news. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else but here with my scripts, health advice and support❤

I am new in the neighbourhood but I believe the folks in this pharmacy do try very hard to help you with your needs. Monied Lam was the first person that I encountered. First impressions are lasting ones as we all know. I found her to be quick, knowledgeable and very helpful towards a new customer. I was so grateful. She got everything organised for my mothers Webster packs. Knew exactly what to do between transferring Pharmacies and organised my own medications and script arrangements. No trouble. She was always very friendly and personable and polite. I look forward to dealings with her moving forward. Thank you Monid Lam and Thank you North Ringwood Pharmacy.

Always helpful and polite. Take 10 minutes on scripts but get there and get it right. Sound knowledge of appropriate medicines and take care in filling scripts.

Horrified each time I’ve been here and seen how understaffed this pharmacy is!! New stock and unpacked boxes are a hazard to customers. Lisa does an exceptional job, she deserves a pay rise. It’s beyond me why she continues working under such poor conditions. She would be much more valued elsewhere. Customers come first and it’s clear that the people in charge at this pharmacy don’t think so!!!
