Prouds the Jewellers Morley Galleria

I purchased a watch from the Prouds online store and took it into the Galleria store for resizing. The lady that helped me was patient and efficient in resizing it (it took a few goes to get right around my wrist). Very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

I shop at Prouds alot & I came to Morley Galleria and I must say the staff in the shop was not as friendly as anywhere else which was disappointing. When you purchase an item and you asked for it just to be wiped down to make it all clean before and then if you could have a Christmas pouch to put it in because it’s a gift and was told I can only have one not three because they were run out was ridiculous!!

Barely a smile on her face the whole transaction and will not go back to that store.

Shopped there over the weekend. The staff doesn't even know how to put gift card through. What a joke!

Absolutely Abysmal service, The staff were Complacent upon me entering the store, The sales assistant that eventually decided to help me after I'd already looked around the store was so rude that she was pointing to a section of the store that I'd already checked then she walked over and started ruthlessly tapping on the glass as if she didn't have patience but oh no, her rude voice tone and Demeanour made the experience worse, She walked away in a stuck up huff after I politely said the store didn't have anything I was looking for. This is 2023 not preschool, If you don't like your job, Quit. I urge anyone who visits this particular store to READ THE REVIEWS FIRST but don't waste your time or money in this place.

Terrible customer service! The sales assistant insisted that I point to the items I wanted to see from outside the store. When I asked to view a few items up close, she started to show them one by one from a stool located two meters away. Couldn't buy anything in this condition. I left, and definitely won't be returning.

It’s 2023 this business is appalling… If I had of known how unhelpful the staff were and how rude they are over the phone I should have looked at all the reviews first before walking into this store and having a laybuy here they will not help any customer in any circumstances (a week extension due to unforeseen circumstances) from reading other people’s experiences at this store they seem like trouble. I have shopped at other prouds stores and have never had a problem with anything nor have never experienced anything like I have here. I would not recommend my friends or family to purchase anything here or to even bother walking into prouds at galleria. I am disgusted in this business as they do not value their customers as much as the customers value a business!

Walked in at 5:28pm and was met with ‘we are shut’ ‘you’ll have to come back’ I said it wasn’t 5.30 yet all I wanted was those silver hoops which I was pointing at and this is the only time after work I get- they rudely put it through which I appreciated but the rudeness was not called for. I was out at 5.30pm - I get that they want to get home but the door was open and I should never have been spoken to like that 🙁

Absolute disgrace. I stopped in here today to look for an engagement ring with my partner. Firstly I was told the sales attendant wouldn’t look at final pricing she could do until we were serious. Say what? How do you know we’re not serious? When I asked to look at a ring over $1,000, she then told me that I needed to give her ID before she’d take it out of the case. I had gone to several jewellers before this and found this particular store to be the only one like this and the most unhelpful, unfriendly and judgemental store of all in my entire life. If it’s because of what we look like I’m more than happy to take my $3000 elsewhere and you will never get another cent off of me. How embarrassing. It’s 2021....

Not great service or after sales care
Had a couple of products purchased from the store sent off to be cleaned & restored only a few months after purchase, was told this would take a week....contact details were given only to find one item was sent back as there would be a surcharge on top of fees spent for one way & not for another & now will take four more days....this could have been resolved with one phone call....!!! & to top it off...we had to approach the store to find out where our items were at.

The staff were also told that we needed this done as quickly as possible

Next time I think we will shop with Michael Hill....always looked after with warranty at nil extra charges on items at this cost

Was not impressed with the service we recieved. My partner has tattoos all over his arms and I was wearing a dexter jacket. The lady refused to take the ring out from under the counter for us to look at. We earn 4 times the amount of what she earns in a year. So being judged because of the way we looked. Is not on! I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone.

Store Manager has a terrible manner with the way she deals with things. Not impressed with her attitude. Wont be returning after the last few times purchasing with them.

Refuse to give weight of solid gold bangle. What do you need to hide? And told me it was a house policy!
So much secrecy why?

I received a Christmas gift from here. I tried to exchange after it was confirmed it was from that store but was told I was not permitted as I did not have a receipt. Bad customer service.
